    Why was the foil there ? just curious im thinking about getting this grill ?

    That's not where you're supposed to put the foil on the top lid, the foil goes between the gasket and the hopper.

      @@jeffmcpeeks the foil protects the upper lids gasket from creosote buildup.

    Roughly how long did you cook it to get it to 110? Thx 👍

      Depends on the thickness. For these I believe it was roughly 10 minutes

    Those steaks don't look good to me. Could just be the footage.
