- With many types of face masks in the market ranging from reusable cloth masks, surgical masks to N95 respirators, which will offer the best protection during the #COVID-19 pandemic?
A basic disposable mask can cost less than S$1, while high-end reusable masks include copper and silver which claim to have anti-microbial properties. Many people also sell ‘Do-It-Yourself’ face masks which have more customisable features such as adjustable earloops and fabric that does not aggravate sensitive skin.

We're in a global pandemic here and you just Farted into my mouth! What do you have to say for yourself? He said that I should be wearing a mask. What would my parents and family think about me if they found out? Should I qaurnteen for 14 days? What is the recommended mask for after someone farts inside your mouth? U cant use n95 or kn 95 filter in it,so u cant work in covid environment...when i keep polythine in stead of filter in the cartridge to check the fitting,ther is tiny air leak under the cartridge..please close the cartridge system,only keep the filter over the output area and shut it with the cover thats it,,more joint more air leak..

It's mainly a respiratory virus, but any sealed goggles such as for swimming should be adequate. However they are obviously not rated for safety/medical use.

@@theshockerpit7274 - A sealed face mask could be perfect if it has particle filters. Some filters are gas only, but I'd guess those are still better than some t-shirt fabric or other improv masks.

It depends on the circumstance. I'm sorry, I don't want to live in a society where we can *NEVER SEE EACHOTHERS FACES AGAIN*. Eventually these masks have to come off, because I absolutely think it is bad for our society. I'm FULLY In favor of people wearing masks. But I don't think when people are on a video recording. .. that they absolutely need to be wearing a mask "As an example". Masks in hospitals, btw, are mainly used to keep patients protected from things like coughing, sneezing, accidental drooling and so on by the medical professionals. There are studies showing, though, how doctors have suffered from hypoxia as the result of prolonged mask wearing.
But if you believe germs and viruses can't go on through a mask right along with the air I guess there is nothing that can make you come out of the draconian mask ghetto.
