I was THERE! Been a TOOL fan since I was a teenager and I FINALLY got to see them just a few hours away from home It has always taken me a little while to get used to a new album And I would have liked to have seen ALOT of older stuff live...But I totally get it now, new songs fucking JAM live !!!! I think TOOL as a band has achieved the kind of success that most long-term bands dream about, these new songs are what they WANT to do as a touring band with several shows per week
Thanks for posting…they were not messing around with recording during the show on the floor. Saw a guy and his friend get kicked out for recording before Maynard gave permission 🤯
My son and I were there too! He's 17 and it was his first real concert! We were in the nosebleed section though so thank you so so much for posting this!
I wonder how many Tool fans would still be Tool fans if they had to say Dan or Steve or Phil instead of Maynard every 77 seconds? Just saying Maynard alone elevates your hipster status more than nipple rings, fresh tattoos and beastie tees.
Yeah, security was way more lax about filming here than the security at DPAC nearly two years ago when Puscifer performed. A bunch of wannabe tough guy rent a cops harassing anyone with their phone out when they werent even filming creating awkward tension for everyone else, but that was a smaller theater . The rule is dumb anyway, Maynard needs to chill with that Its a damn prog show, everyone is already mostly just standing and zoinking out. I dont see any extreme metal or Core bands pulling this shit where people are actually throwing down. Always the slow tempo acts. Anyway this set was sick, catching Perfect Circle and Puscifer at Coastal Union/Walnut Creek in Raleigh this April too.
Maynard always asks this of fans .With Tool and A perfect circle. I think he actually want you to listen and enjoy which in my opinion is the whole purpose of a live show.
I was there, floor seats, and it was one of the best TOOL shows I've ever been to. Absolutely incredible.
Thanks for being “that guy”
Amazing show
Somebody ignored all the announcements lol. What an awesome show.
Was there. I've seen them multiple times and there's a reason for that. An unbelievable audio and visual experience
I tripped out when they played Flood!
My son and I drove all the way from Albany NY to see this show. 11 hours. Well worth it.
Loved my 1st TOOL show tonight here in Nashville. I hope this guy was there, too.
He uploaded the full show from Nashville, which I was also at. Also went to ATL tonight, hoping he was there lol.

what about people who were not on the floor, like to the side?
@@kylehall2328 they didn’t seem to be enforcing it for seats off the floor on the side. It seemed to be mainly the floor.
guy next to me wouldn't give security his phone. They left him alone then he decided to record again and they saw and then finally he left

Why did you film it up the entire show
Phone was hidden
did you have your light on your phone? If you would have taken it out of your pocket would somebody have seen you?
Did you have your light on?
Hell no
@@kylehall2328 Hell no
Do they not allow you to film at tool concerts
No but that doesn't stop people. Maynard always tells the security to stand down at the last song so people can film that
@@Aaron_Gentry how do people get away with it?
@@kylehall2328 Heh, all I can say is that where there's a will, there's a way :)
@Aaron_Gentry I'm seeing them in 1 week, did you see anybody pulling any tricks?

Tf I wanna record Rosetta Stone tf is his deal

Pra que ter o trabalho de gravar e postar essa filmagem ruim?😢
WTF...NOT ALLoWED TO FILM...??😮🫨🥴😵💫
who wants to see a sea of phones at a concert? Especially as a performer.

@@sharonlittle7067 but that's not you to decide how I enjoy my shows
@@kylehall2328it is though lol try it and see how long you last before your ass gets hauled out
