I like these let's play/commentary/storytelling videos haven't seen this style before bet I like it.

Did you switch from the remaster to the non-remastered halfway through?
Rule #1 of combat; secure your position before attacking. The Commander forgot to lay down some defense positions before mobilizing his troops. Though I can't say I blame him. He's been through a lot lately, so he may not be thinking on all cylinders. I know I wouldn't be. Add in a severe desire to not be on this mission in the first place, and the time crunch of keeping Duke alive, and it's a wonder he handled it as well as he did. Mengsk owes him some serious shore leave. If only to let him process everything that's happened over the last few weeks.
I'm loving this new variant by the way. It's a fun take on it all, and touches that part of many gamers that had their own reactions to things just like you're doing here.
Starcraft is alternative Warhammer 40k, so going by that yes we are.

Have you read the Starcraft Prequel books? Heaven's Devils and Devil's Due? They tell the story of how little Jimmy Raynor went from a naive kid to a guy who should have already been in jail for war crimes before the games even started. It also tells the story of why Tychus Findley did nothing wrong.... mostly...

Hey, you want a really crazy idea?? A really niche idea that ONE viewer who is too poor to contribute to your patreon would really enjoy and probably no one else? Star Trek TNG/ish ERA vs. StarCaraft 1/ish era. Would love to see that and no one else has done a battle breakdown that I've seen so far. Just a thought.. probably will get you demonized, banned and kicked off all platforms.. but hey.. at least one person will love it. ( Me :D )
