    Nice shot I love the javelina meat they have a scent gland in the middle of back when frighten they let off a funny smell there's 2 types these that are around in this area and further south in the rain forest of Mexico and in Central and South America are another bigger type with white hair on the lower jaw and neck very tasty and lean meat good eating too

    Try low and slow for at least 4 hrs at 180 f

    Have you tried braising the meat? Like, 5 hours at 200 degrees F.

    For a better sear cook with high temp oils like avocado oil for example that way you can get that pan way hotter get a good sear turn the temp down then add a lil butter at the end for flavor. Also requires less butter to cook with which is better for your ♥️. Nice bow🤙

      1800s whiskey barrel bands are my favorite material. Easy to work with hand tools and bends back into shape easily after shooting. This is that traditionally would’ve been used by Comanches. Thanks for watching!

    Hunting with a tool you made is great.
    Little disappointed you didn't have a more natural blind setup, maybe that something you could work on later.
