RECIPE: JAMAICAN GLUTEN-FREE FESTIVAL
2 cups Gluten-free Flour (I used Bob Red Mill 1 to 1)
1/2 cup fine-grain cornmeal
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Enough water or plant-based milk to form a dough (between 1/2 to 1 cup)
