One thing I always notice that people talk about a lot about their weight loss, how much they shed, challenges they faced and what not!! But they never tell about their height. Don't know why they miss such important info. If someone is 5'9" then 65-66 kgs are perfectly ok. Height and weight goes hand in hand.
