Your simplicity and processes are the pinnacle of underthinking in order to over produce. Every last thing you do seems to be so simple; but such a “lightbulb” moment at the same time. You’re 4 into 1 collector video is some of the most genius craftsmanship I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching. Your weld skill is undeniable… But for me, it’s your problem solving and thought process that makes your work a cut above the rest.
Haha haha the elbow grease was awesome. When I saw you bust out the grease I was like wth and start lol when he rubbed on his elbow. Beautiful work, fun to watch and you definitely have mastered your craft
Aaron, you never disappoint! Absolutely beautiful. Give corn starch a try for the smut on polished aluminum. It's a game changer. Please keep the awesome videos coming.

Always fascinating technique to watch. I'm just surprised you elected to leave the dimples open and not enclosed with sheet, tube or weld. It'll be interesting no matter what since I've been watching Ron's Vids from the beginning
You know you're a welding God when you're okay with grinding welds away that look like that! If I could ever lay dimes like that I'd wanna show them off 😄
If you wonder why he left the fins holes open like that, it is to work as whistles. You know, for when they drop the bomb from the helicopter, so that it will make the whistle sound like bombs suppose to make. I think. lol
Wax or soap will help not clog the flap disc. But I would only use it after welding. If not you will have to clean the weld joint pretty good to get rid of any wax before welding.
What happened to this project? I love ron covells bomb, these fins look great, but where is the finished product? I looked thru your videos and didnt find anything
I want to know more on that polishing technique. What grit did you sand it up to? What did you spray on it after buffing it? What was the white cloth at the end?
Looking really good man, Mr Covell has made a really great looking piece. Love both the channels! Btw how long did it take to get the elbow grease off 🤣
That's awesome, I just wish the dimples could have been slightly deeper so they could meet in the middle, and you could have connected them....that woulda put the whole thing over the top! But still awesome
The elbow grease part definitely got me 😂
Hahaha, you beat me to the comment LOL
@@TheoTHERON_SA 😂
Bruh😅 I lost it
yep the elbow grease was the icing on the cake for me...true comedy. Loved it!
Aaron - Fantastic job on that fin. I can't wait to see what's next!
Ron, I've enjoyed your work.for years. Nice to see you colab with my favorite Tig master!

The only thing that is as impressive as your fab skills is your ability to be amusing without ever saying a word. Nice work.
An artist and a craftsman. I wish I had half of your talent.
One must appreciate the HUGE effort for the joke with the elbow grease sketch. I don't even want to think about cleaning the skin afterwards.
Love your work, brother.
Simplicity at its finest.
Deadly results, every time.
Mobile shop/hangar! Wow! Your setup makes even more sense now! Thanks for sharing Frank 🤩🙏
2 legends working together!
So FINALLY we learn how to properly apply elbow grease! Thanks!
When art meets science...the universe gets a little bigger brighter and better...love this channel bro!
"Elbow grease"...very funny! Beautiful welding. I'm sure I could do just as well given the shop, the machines, the experience and the talent...😎
Haha haha the elbow grease was awesome. When I saw you bust out the grease I was like wth and start lol when he rubbed on his elbow. Beautiful work, fun to watch and you definitely have mastered your craft
Love the shaker part approach. Leave
.005" at the bottom to peel the part out. A real time saver
Loved the finger work whilst polishing with the disk! TFS, GB :)
I've watched all of his videos so far. Can't wait to see you finish it,
Hi from Russia!!! Fan of you and Ron Cowell
I loved the liberal application of elbow grease.
Ron will be delighted! Awesome work! 🧡
This is the most interesting and funniest welding channel in UA-cam . 👍😁
Aaron, you never disappoint! Absolutely beautiful. Give corn starch a try for the smut on polished aluminum. It's a game changer. Please keep the awesome videos coming.
As fine as a piece of jewelry. Absolutely beautiful. I love it.
Aaaahhhh... I saw the fuselage in the plumb bob video. Such nice work buddy.

Where is the finished F bomb???
Wow a master metal worker serving a grand master metal worker, don’t see that too often kid’s. Good show!
🎱👀🎱🇺🇸
I don’t think serving comes into it - these are two masters of their craft collaborating. Great things happen in collaborations!
that elbow grease is incredible stuff
It all makes sense now, I've been using the wrong grease! No wonder my elbow hurt so bad some days.
Everything in here is great, but I can’t believe I didn’t see a single comment on the helicopter! That thing looks incredible.
I believe the helicopter is a Mosquito. The turbine engine is the big boy option
Fantastic work as usual mate.... Greetings from New Zealand
Super nice looking fins!
That grease trick is way funny.💪👍
Oh how I needed this vid today. Wonderful
Hope to be this good one day.
You had me there for a few second putting the grease on your elbow.LOL I was thinking what the hell.
Excellent work!
Love the aesthetic of these. They're going to look great on the F Bomb! Does seem a shame to grind down those lovely beads though. Thanks for sharing!
That’s a serious hobby!
Ron is the man

A part of me dies inside when I send my parts to the grinding department in my shop. I feel like even more would if I had to grind them myself lol.
Love the elbow grease!
Like always ...., awesome work!
Is that a *giant* RC helicopter? Cool toy!
Verry verry nice Frank 👌
since today i always apply elbow greasy for life, lol great video thank you very much!!
Love the elbow grease. I was like what!! 😂
Elbow Grease....LOL man you Rock Keep up the great videos and stay safe...

I think. lol
Great Work!... Thanks for Sharing
At last, something us lesser mortals could replicate - no need for perfect weld bead ripples if they're going to get ground off! :)
Awesome. I wish I could lay down welds like those..yes, I have TIG Finger.
Great fin-ished result 😁
LOL
Elbow grease.
Beautiful work
Perfection working w perfection..
all these years and I gotta learn from some vid, i need more elbow grease!
That curved weld in one 💥 Skilz
I really enjoy the detail and craftsmanship in your video's.👍 Question. How do you keep your pads from loading up too quickly from the aluminum?
Wax or soap will help not clog the flap disc. But I would only use it after welding. If not you will have to clean the weld joint pretty good to get rid of any wax before welding.
Nice work.. !!! Make it look so easy.. the #FJB(omb)
Cool fins👍 would like to know more about the helicopter 🤔
haha elbow grease! love it
that rig keeps getting cooler.
do you really keep a mosquito in the back as well?
It just seems wrong to grind down those beautiful welds! Well done yet again!
I need to stock up on some of that elbow grease.
If I could weld aluminum like that there is no way I would grind it smooth, I would be showing it off to everyone 😂
I enjoyed this one. you tha man!
The elbow grease has me fuckin dying 😂😂
Great video , a few words along the way would have been the icing on the cake though.
Hahaha got a kick out of the elbow grease 🤣
I can't believe there aren't more questions on the Helicopter, What brand?
You had me at "elbow grease"
You should do a shop tour
Good afternoon. A very beautiful product! If it's not a secret: where was this part installed?
4:19 That's the biggest TigFinger I've ever seen!
What happened to this project? I love ron covells bomb, these fins look great, but where is the finished product? I looked thru your videos and didnt find anything
Amazing job!!!
Nice👌 what brand of elbow grease are you using? Its rare to see it being used these days!😁👍💪
I want to know more on that polishing technique. What grit did you sand it up to? What did you spray on it after buffing it? What was the white cloth at the end?
Aaron, couldn't find your elbow grease on Ebay or Amazon.
It would be kinda funny if you released the exact same video two more times, only updating the number in the card at the end.
What fuller rod size are you using 1/8? Also love the elbow grease lmao 🤣
What a great collaboration! 👍 you taking to the skies these days?
Seeing all that water on the workpiece was giving me anxiety. Thanks for hitting the water trap there.
That elbow grease though 🤣🤣🤣
Could you please specify what grade of elbow grease you use ??? seems very effective.
Any thoughts on using DynaFlux to clean aluminum within an inch of it's life?
I thought those were the fins for the F-bomb, been following Ron's build aswell
Obviously they are.
That shined up nice, is it 1050?
You’re awesome.
Oh hell.... Broke out the elbow grease. It's about to get real.
Looking really good man, Mr Covell has made a really great looking piece. Love both the channels! Btw how long did it take to get the elbow grease off 🤣
Is a fantastic job! What model of torch do you use?
Great video. Useful information and entertaining. Mahalo for sharing! : )
amazing work realy
I have the same Tillman gloves you have why can't I weld as good as you?
Fantastic
That's awesome, I just wish the dimples could have been slightly deeper so they could meet in the middle, and you could have connected them....that woulda put the whole thing over the top! But still awesome
Yay! Just in time
AWESOME!
Is the TIG buzzing from the AC current?
