I was thinking practically the same thing.
Watching those SOR guys in the "Terrified" piece AND these guys doing this CCR number, my half-joking, rhetorical question was " Are You Sure These Young People Are ' students' and not stage-ready MUSICIANS ?? "

Eleanor has the voice and soul of Aretha Franklin, Allison Krouse, and Patsy Cline rolled up in one amazing performer. Elysha shines just as bright. Do what ever it takes to keep them working together. I could watch them all day long.

Classic ideas, real r&r guitar. She plays phrases that sort of are like talking, like saying things in sentences. Just very controlled but intense; nice. In time this might really evolve into something pretty special.

The bottom end is perfect. This is a difficult song to hold onto. Hard for drums to keep back the desire to fill. Bass is doing a great job, by first, driving the vocals by setting a comfortable place for the lead vocal girls not to strain to carry the song and, then, widening the field for the six-string players. Guitar breaks are finely held in the mix. Great job!

Marvin Gaye did his cover a year later in '68. Loved everyone's contribution to a great cover! Both singers were outstanding, but the blond was a WOW from me. Great guitar solos all around.

Great version. Respect to Gia who stood there and nailed it, nothing flashy just great guitar work, reminded me of Paul Kossoff! More from Gia please.

I'm about to begin chemo and it may take my hearing, which is already compromised. I listen to things differently now, soon I may not be able to. I knew this song when it came out a million years ago. Thank you all so very, very much for bringing this to new life and sound!

Nailed it. Love the CCR version of this song. Was 20 when it came out and I always have a copy on hand ❤ Great ….great guitar work love every second. The solos were magnificent, CCR twang with a little acid attitude in there too. Can’t get enough of the long guitar components in this song, hypnotic with a powerful backbone. Really enjoyed it.

Fantastic cover! Wow! The singer has such a great smoky, sultry voice! The lead guitar is pretty darn good too! Nice to see young people having fun with this classic.

Sultry misses the emotion this song calls for. Song needs anger and despair at finding out thru a 3rd party you're getting dumped ,which the blonde singer does better at.
