Hi, nice job! I'd be interested to know which city or council district your HMO is in. I want to do similar and have a 3 bedroom house in London with a view to extend and make into a 5 bedder HMO with 3x studios. I didn't think any councils would allow small studios within a HMO as studios are normally expected to be a minimum of 37 sq mtrs. Any pointers would be appreciated..
