  • Bruce Bookman, Kaicho of Tenzan Aikido in Seattle, demonstrates how to deal with stubborn resistance to nikkyo. Henkawaza into a kaitenage finish is also introduced as an alternative ending.

    The shallow nikkyo angles can come on pretty fast. Though, it starts to be more a joint lock (focused on how the joint doesn't move) than a sinew stretch.

    ~3.14 Uke is quite close to execute an atemi to nage's nether regions.
