    I've missed seeing you post new videos, but I totally understand that real life has been hectic. Social media is so fast paced and if you don't post constantly there's a risk people might forget you. That's how it feels anyway sometimes. But that's not really sustainable or realistic. But quality over quantity I say, that's more enjoyable to watch anyway. Take your time and we'll be here❤. Congrats on the wedding btw!

      I knoooow I missed posting and beiing here too. It's crazy how fast one week can go by and then the next and before you know it it's another month without posting at all. I think we all know the feeling of time flying by. But I agree with you 100%, quality always tops quantity & I'll try to find a good balance for this year 💚

    You’re one of the few creators I truly miss seeing regularly - but life is complex and dynamic and it’s ok that priorities need to shift to make way for new (personal) growth. I absolutely love and value your planty content, because I find your personality and approach fun and educational. And you’re sparkly ✨
    Enjoyed your adrenaline-charged attitude in todays video, thank you for the EXTRAness! Continue to make space for your other passions, us real ones will be here supporting and cheering you on. 💚

    Great to see you love! Welcome back! ❤ I love this quick moving video. I can’t keep my krohniana silvers alive, I’m going to try semi hydro next time
    Repotting is my therapy too.
    There’s no way I could plan a full wedding, hubby and I booked a wedding on our yearly trip to Hawaii, just the two of us, it was easy and ethereal ❤ just all about us. Not the hundreds of people you have to ensure don’t have allergies to whatever foods, a full day event of entertaining others etc, no thanks.
    People need to just make themselves happy, if you’re overworking yourself with all that you’ve mentioned plus videos every week you’ll probably burn out and quit. I’d rather watch you once a month and not have to say goodbye forever. You do you, we’ll be here.

    Honestly this is all so relatable. I've come to really resent March because it's always so stressful! And I loved that you kept the tidying up at the end in, it's the trueth of plant parenting!!

      Danke dir, es ist manchmal schwierig sich nicht zu verstellen, vor allem wenn man viele andere Kanäle anschaut und sich immer vergleicht. Ich glaube ein bisschen Kamera Persönlichkeit kommt natürlich immer dazu aber es freut mich echt sehr wenn der Vibe richtig bei euch zu Hause ankommt 💚🥰

    Vor 2 Jahren fing ich an meine Syngonium albo am Moosstab wachsen zu lassen. Als alles klein war war das auch ziemlich cute aber als sie dann letztes Jahr deutlich über einen Meter lang war hab ich’s gehasst. Sah einfach nicht gut aus. Also hab ich auch alles kleingeschnitten und jede Menge cuttings zusammengepflanzt und das sah soooo gut aus. Leider nähert sich das ganze inzwischen 60 cm und Frühling fängt gerade erst an. Im Herbst muss sie definitiv wieder gebändigt werden. Schade das sie nicht wie kleine Büsche wachsen. Hab das selbe auch mit meiner maranthe gemacht und das sah auch super aus.

    02:13 Kristina, how do you keep your prop jars so clean? Is it a frequent water change so algae have no chance? Or, cleaning jars every time you change the water? How about cleaning them 2 minutes before you show them on camera? Přiznej se! 🤣 In at least one of your videos you had a jar full of roots and it seemed close to impossible to get them back into jar if you would take them out. What is your secret? Do you actually take the props out of the jar when changing the water or just pour old one out and new one in? Sorry, I have too many questions and I am being too nosy 😊

    • @LeafyLuster
      @LeafyLuster  2 дні тому

      Your question will be discussed in todays new video 😉. But, I'm not cleaning anything before filming 😂😂😂 Not all of my jars look perfect though. I'd say 20% look nasty, have algea or whatever else in it. Interestingly the clean jars I only ever top up with water, I think if there's good rootgrowth in the jar it somehow cleans the water. Algae does slowly build up on the roots over time though.
      And yes if I have nasty, stinky water I do change it frequently. I just take out all the cuttings and afterwards stick them back in. Even if some of the roots might break doing so.
