Ian is the reason I became aware you could even violate a literal baby in such a way, never in my wildest nightmares had I thought that was possible. Made me feel so sick and honestly, disturbed me greatly. What a monster.
I had the exact same experience! Reading it made me feel like I’d never look at the world the same way again!
Never forgot this case for that reason...a BABY! And his comments "all it will know is a life of filth" and the trial was "mega LOLZ".....I had to know how such a creature exists and everything to look for to catch these creatures
I think you have no knowledge of the depravity and pain that even newborn babies are put through by these evil spawn of Satan. 😢😢 Keep it that way because once you know how utterly depraved some people are you will never look at anyone in quite the way you used to.

I'm currently sat in tears watching this. Absolutely lost for words. 10 months old! They are both beyond evil. Bring back the death sentence for these sick, depraved monsters. I was so angry, disgusted and sad over this case. She did it excellent justice though. However, as sick as this sounds, I really wish they were Americans. Here in America he would have been in jail for the rest of his life...as would the "mothers". Horrible, sickening people.

I used to be a fan of Lostprophets. I had their albums, seen them live, etc, but as soon as all this about Watkins came out in the media I physically smashed up all my CDs and have refused to listen to them since.
I've heard some people talk about 'separating the art from the artist', but I can't hear his voice without thinking about what he's done.

When she says as a parent you would lay your life down to protect your children she is 100% accurate. I was a passenger in a car, my 6 month old son was in the back. When the driver lost control of the car I took my seat belt off and draped over his car seat. It was a horrible accident that saw all us light flighted. The driver had a below the knee amputation. I suffered massive internal damaged, lost some organs, others cut almost in half, and I was in a coma for a week and a half. My son spent only one night in hospital and was allowed to go home to my father because he was protected. He only had a few cuts from when all 6 windows were busted out. But he was safe. The paramedics said I would have been safer to stay in my seat. But I respond with the fact my son spent only one night in hospital. That made everything I went through extremely worth it. And if I could do it over, I wouldn't change a thing! I now suffer greatly from what happened but my son doesn't. Again, worth it!
Edited to add: I was only 21 at the time. So B being 19 doesn't matter. No excuse. Also, it's very strange to go to sleep in November and wake up in December lol!

The hardest thing I've ever had to do was watch as I nearly lost my little girl and I felt so helpless I couldn't help her, luckily with amazing doctors and nurses my daughter is ok now but I'll never forget that feeling of standing by. My kids are my life and I'd die in a second to save them xxx

Those people who say our justice system is a joke, don't understand that this guy will never get out. He can go to parole boards ad infinitum and no one will ever let him out. I imagine that he's had to attend courses in jail to attempt to rehab him( which is what jail is partly for) i don't believe he is capable of reforming because he doesn't have any empathy or the ability to understand what affects his behaviour has. I don't think he sees anyone else with any needs . Its all about him. So he's going to fail the parole boards. On top o 15:41 of that, no Home Secretary will ever sanction his release. Hes never going to be safe around children so he will be incarcerated for ever. I believe we need to study these men ( and some few women) . If we can't understand why , we won't be able to prevent it in the future. Punishment and deterrents are meaningless . If you're so determined to hurt babies and animals no deterrent is going to work.
I have to disagree . The women were most definitely vulnerable just as women who put up with dv, they are likely to have been abused and groomed. Their stimuli are wired up wrong. So they are also victims.
You know what if any of those abused children grow up to abuse ( which they often do) then we as a society, better say as a whole, they did that heinous thing because they had it done to them. Logically if we're all about feeling for what happened to the kids, then we have to accept that there is potential for that terribly abused child to go on to be a terrible perpetrator.
And those of us who are lucky to have had safe happy childhood can have no concept as to the vulnerability of those women.
Emma you have done some good research but you obviously lack the intellect to get your head around the effects abuse has.
Think about people in concentration camps... who collude with the depravity are those camp inmates not also victims?
Your lack of insight is making me furious. Its not be any means an excuse but read some proper research about why adults and kids abuse. Start with Jim Hopper.
You gave the gall to say youve worked with abused people. Ffs some of those little girls in sex trafficking gangs are actively recruiting other children, are they not vulnerable or should they be treated the same way as the men who sold them? I'd have more respect if you actually showed some empathy to the women who were his victims. Its easy to have compassion for the helpless and tiny child but not donessy those away from the dog whistle knee jerk virtue signaling of slagging off those young women.
Do a proper job. I HAVE worked with victims of abuse and you quickly realise that many many sexually abused children grow into abusers. But just hating on them won't stop the cycle. I won't be watching any more of your videos and will advise others not to bother. Its like the difference between being in kindergarten and at university.
Been waiting a long time for this one! I've watched loads of others and just know that Emma's video is going to be so much better and more informative than others. I was a massive fan of Lost Phrophets and always felt thar I had helped to finance his appalling crimes in some way. Concert tickets, merchandise, and CDs all put money in his pockets. His sentence was not enough. He should have got a full life term. He is utterly disgusting. And he will try to do it again when released. He is still raking in royalties. He'll probably just move to the Philippines or Thailand.

I understand what you're saying. It's a pity that the behaviour and actions of Ian Watkins have made people associated with the Lost Prophets brand feel tainted in some way. I feel so sorry for his band mates and everyone else who worked with them - managers, promotional staff, tour operators etc. All of these poor people probably felt guilty by association at some point, despite them being unaware of Watkins's criminal behaviour. Not to mention that they felt like they were well and truly led up the garden path by him, so to speak. As for his band mates, I feel sad for them in the sense that they probably felt as though that's it, game over for them when the world learnt of what he had done to those poor babies. They'd probably be scared of people thinking that they're like this too and it would affect and potentially even destroy their music careers forever because of the actions of one sick and repulsive excuse for a human being.
Just remember that nobody is to blame for what Ian Watkins did but him and those who assisted him. He would have done this regardless of who he was, even if he was a regular Joe with a regular job
I feel bad even having a song by theirs stuck in my head but then I remember if his band members had no clue the full extent then people on the outside couldn’t. But does raise that old dilemma of art versus artist but yes still horrible association to anything LP now so sad.

No, none of us did, nor would we.😢😢😢😢😢. I don't necessarily believe his band new the extent. Yeah, there's always young girls. And that's probably why he ended up separating himself from the heat, prying eyes, he was getting to some degree. We'll never know the truth. Ontil we do, we have to keep a questioning mind in both directions. Just like Emma stated. I think Emma's little girl has given redemption to the date.
I’d heard that it was an old girlfriend who gathered information, over several years, against him. The documentary that I watched (years ago now) clearly stated that the police were not professional & fast acting despite the fact that he was famous, quite the opposite.
Yes I watched that docu too! She went to the police a few years before he was even apprehended & she went a few times. They just didn't do anything. She now is passed away.
She always would find him girls at 15/16 for threesoms. She was no better! All very sick people

Selling drugs to children is a lot of more common than you think, I grew up in the hood and as a child took all kinds of pills. Kids are easy targets to sell bad weed or week pills too. We got money from parents, from older people or from stealing. It’s sad and unbelievable but something we should all be aware of!

Omg this was a hard one to listen to. Had to keep pausing when my partner entered the room. I honestly felt 'dirty' listening to it so I can't even begin to imagine how you felt telling it. You done amazingly to put out such a horrifying story with so much information but in a respectful manner. The abhorrent display of sheer disregard for those babies by their egg donors and this monster is honestly like nothing I've ever heard before. Need a cup tea and a shower now to cleanse myself. Literally speechless😮....Horrendous. I've honestly never heard anything as horrific as this. Thank you Emma for giving a candid and realistic view of this case. I don't understand why the two women's names were not released to the public. They committed one of the most heinous crimes of humanity and worse as a mother. My only justification in my mind would be to protect the identity of their children. God bless those beautiful innocent children. Seconding this! I feel like we should know who they are so they can be avoided, imagine making a new friend then they tell you who they are or you find out in some other way that theyre one of these rotters. Kids should have new identities, that pair should be outed ✌🏻

I was abused as an infant and only unblocked that trauma from my brain when I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression and anxiety, PTSD etc after escaping from a horrific abuser. I always felt something bad had happened but no specifics until almost losing my life and starting treatment with my psychiatrist. The flashbacks are horrible but I need to face them and everything else I’ve survived and understand all the pieces that make me. I agree with you, Emma. They were genuinely my favourite band between the ages of 14 and 21. I saw them live so many times. Of course the main victims are the children, but I do also feel for the other band members whose careers and musical legacy were also destroyed by this scumbag.

I saw them live at The Waterfront (a club) in Norwich, UK when I was about 15 and was invited backstage with a couple of female friends (same age). We were SO upset that we couldn't go...thank god we didn't.
Those band members knew he was a sexual predator and they did nothing. They enjoyed the fame he brought to their band and stood back while his girlfriend made claims of peadophillic behaviour, while he groomed, gave drugs to and have sex/raped underage girls. I agree they would not have even been able to imagine the depths of his depravity but they knew he was a predator and they did nothing so they have none of my sympathy.
@@christinacowan7644 I definitely think they knew something, he was so obvious about what he was doing and even if they didn’t know exactly what, his behaviour was strange, they would have spent so much time with him surely they’d have known something. Then defending him in court!! Honestly makes my skin crawl knowing how much I used to listen to them and go to their gigs.
Those band members had children of their own who knew him as "uncle Ian"....they had all distanced themselves from him in the latter part of their career as he had a cocaine problem...but no way did they know or allow a predator near their children! They are all fathers and are living fairly normal lives now away from the mess he dragged them into. Do your research love.

I second this idea. I cheered when he was attacked in prison. Hope the guards took their sweet time in rescuing him. I think the inmates that did it should be rewarded.
@larissacroan7150 I'm sorry you experienced that❤️ my attacker was SA'd in jail many years later by 2 inmates and I found it to be poetic justice because now he has to experience the same kind of trauma he inflicted on so many others.
Thank you for bringing up trigger warnings underestimating trauma victims. As a survivor I feel moved by and attached to the victims that don’t make it out, and especially the ones that do. Yes I get triggered at times in life but I don’t need to be handled with care. I need to feel not alone, I need to remember how strong I am, I need to feel connected to the idea that someone understands, I need to be reminded how lucky I am and to appreciate life when it feels too hard sometimes. I think this is why I’m so drawn to these videos (besides your absolute perfection of the case and the tributes). This is a special channel.

i see what you and Emma mean, but I don't think people include trigger warnings because they don't think others can handle triggers. i'm a survivor too, and i feel similar to you about trigger warnings, but not everyone feels that way. it's not about not being able to handle it, or underestimating ppl with PTSD. i think it's about giving people a CHOICE to avoid triggers if they WANT to
i'm also a survivor, and i understand and agree with your stance on trigger warnings for ME. i don't think trigger warnings underestimate survivors, because they aren't there to tell us NOT to view. they're there to give us the CHOICE not to be triggered. it's like that website "does the dog die" that's just a list of movies where a dog dies, because some people are REALLY disturbed by that. it's not because they think nobody should watch a movie where the dog dies. it's there so people who don't want to see that have the choice not to. i hope this doesn't come across as invalidating, especially because i never look for trigger warnings myself. but there are a lot of others out there with PTSD who want the choice not to watch something that will trigger them, yeah?
I (sadly) saw them love when I was 14/15 and he actually came out into the main hall and was talking to lots of girls.
At the time me and my friend ran to him. He kept talking to us and actually invited us backstage but my friends mam was there waiting for us to pick us up.

Like you, I worry about the effects researching cases like these will be having on Emma when she is in the vulnerable position of having recently given birth and caring for a newborn baby. I really don't know how Emma does this, I genuinely don't think my brain could cope with all of the in-depth research into these horrific cases.

@@armondtanz Yes I would message a male the same thing and have done in the past. Anyone dealing with serious criminal case research, cold cases, search and rescue, etc needs to look after their mental health as I know having friends who work in emergency services how traumatising the things they see and hear can be.

My ex worked with some of the worst of the worst and she could just shrug off their hideous actions.

You can hear quite cleary in the video that she has met, spent time with victims, heard prob some of the worst stories. So 100% she can deal with these situation which she has been doing for 20+ years.

I'm glad that your ex had ways of dealing with these situations and people so that it did not negatively impact her.
Your assumption couldn't be further from the truth, anyone involved in abuse of anyone else (adult or child victim) whether they be perpetrator, witness or someone who has been told about it, they are all as guilty as each other.
Times are changing for the better. I remember when child abuse was swept under the rug and not spoken of because it was too ugly. Now people actually get prosecuted, even the rich and famous. Thank you all for the change.

I was in SO many different pedophilic situations as a young child and girl I felt like my grandparents generation just considered women and children property for the most vile reasons it's gotten better my generation openly talks about preventing it and when it happens getting help for the kids affected I hate that it's still happening but they all know there rights and what is not ok and to talk about it to others a lot and adults need to know. These kind of cases are when the UK needs to seriously consider the death penalty. This is absolutely inexplicable.
When the DP is a possibility in CSO cases, it massively raises the potential that the offender will mrdr their victims - because that removes any witness and gives the offender nothing to lose - it would be no different punishment wise. That's why most countries don't do DP for child SOs, FYI.

i still to this day can't believe he did this. he had EVERYTHING and he threw it away. i stand by the fact that if ian hadn't done this lostprophets could of become one of the biggest rock bands in history. they were so special. even 10 years later, even in today's world with how messed up its become, this story is still shocking and just absolutely vial. he hurt so many people and let down so many others. tbh growing up as a forum dwelling scene kid who was obsessed with this band back in the 00's and 10's, i pretty much know for a fact there were more victims then he wasn't prosecuted for. you did touch on the topic around an hr in. for those that don't know it was common for bands back then to have their own forum website where fans could come together and talk about the band, share stories, etc. for the younger people a forum is basically a discussion board with different categories that people can chat and discuss things under. and then there were the general music forums that focused around the emo/hardcore genres as a whole too. there were so many stories and allegations posted to those forums and also to myspace groups back in those days, not just against ian but tons of other musicians from the time and scene. there were so many allegations just lost to time from those forums and myspace days that we will never know about. it's incredibly sad how much a lot of these musicians were able to get away with back in those days before the internet became what it is today.
If anything, social media now catches any misdemeanor much more rapidly than before. So Ian benefitted from having less scrutiny, which he wouldn't have nowadays. Having said that, social media can instead now be over-vigilant and over-accuse people.
It's shocking because there's no way Ian could get away with it now like he did 10-20 years ago.
I feel sorry for his former band mates who knew such a disgusting person. He ruined their careers.
And fun fact about Ted Bundy. He volunteered at a suicide prevention hotline and he would walk out the females to their cars when they were leaving and it was dark so they would feel safe. And he genuinely cares for his female coworkers. The author Anne Rule worked with him at that hotline and he would walk her to her car every night.
Probably gave him some type of sick feeling to know that they didn't know the danger was with them

I took my son and daughter to see the lostprophets weeks before this news broke and I was absolutely gobsmacked. I couldn't believe I had been standing right in front of this man! We've never listened to their music since and my son never wore the hoodie that we got at the concert. I felt so bad for my son. Every time I hear his name makes me want to throw up now. Absolutely horrific the things he had done and wasn't surprised he had been attacked in prison lately, I'm just surprised it took as long

I saw them live too and considered myself a big fan of their music. Sickeningly I even had a MegaLolz shirt. I set it on fire once the news came out and haven't listened to their music since. I'm glad he got just a taste of the karma he deserves by being stabbed. Good on whoever did it.

I met Ian Watkins when I was 14 years old in Cardiff Student Union when Lost Prophets were playing. My friend and I asked for an autograph but he made a point of giving us both a lingering hug and before we left he also insisted he gave us both a second one. At the time, I thought nothing of it......14 year old me felt privileged but now I feel we had a lucky escape from this vile creature.
Several years ago I worked with a young guy who was obsessed by this case. I thought it strange as he wasn't even a fan. Two years later I heard he was arrested at work. A friend said, "I hope it's not drugs." I replied that the police weren't coming to arrest him at his workplace unless he was Pablo f* cling Escobar. I no longer worked with him and the company tried to gag the staff but, needless to say, I found out. He was arrested for images of child abuse on his laptop. He was 23, I liked him, I enjoyed working with him, it came as a huge shock. Other people talked in retrospect about red flags but I think that's more hindsight. He had talked to me about the Watkins case but a trusted colleague said it was more than that. I've worked for two police forces, I know darkness exists but to find depravity so close to home stunned me. He got a suspended sentence because of course he did. Apparently watching this stuff is a lesser crime but try telling the victims that. Watkins defies description because nothing is bad enough for him. I extend that to his groupie accomplices, sick, sick depraved monsters the lot of them
A true story to lighten the mood, I used to live in Cardiff and a few months before Watkins got arrested I was in a nightclub called Bogiez (which was the local rock club). Also in there was a guy called Magzy who played guitar for a few of the local hardcore bands. Watkins walks in and then out of no where a slightly inebriated Magzy lunges for and beats down Watkins. A few years later we joked/theorized that Magzy had a premonition of what Ian had done so got his shots in early.
The fact the judge said that B was being manipulated is outrageous no one could make you want to that to your flesh and blood it's so scary to think there's people out there like that to do what they did I can't even imagine it let alone understand what went on with these beautiful innocent trusting little souls , he was born and grew up a mile or so from where I live and it makes me sick to the pit of my stomach to think someone like him exists 😠
My prayers and thoughts are with everyone involved, I hope he rots in HELL in this life and the next . Thank you Emma for covering this God bless 🌼
Hi Emma! Thank you for your sensitive delivery of this horrific case. I can see the struggle that you had to go through to tell this sordid tale and I hoped that you were able to decompress after. These things are awful to even read, hear and say out loud because it is nearly impossible to comprehend it, and that makes it too real. What scares me senseless, is that monsters don't look like monsters. If I did not know his crimes, I would think he is just another run-of-the-mill (scruffy) looking rockstar. He does not even have that dead-stare or anything that would make my brain scream RED FLAG RED FLAG, and *that* makes me shudder because how many more of his kind are there in our societies/streets/neighboring houses?!
Due to 6 degrees of separation, I know that his band mates were in the dark , they knew of the drug use and the band did really struggle trying to keep him clean and dealing with him under the influence was hellish for them and babysitting a full grown adult was difficult , especially when touring and recording
Bands do not exist around each other 24/7 , they need time away !

He is an absolute predator and makes me feel physically sick, along with the other individuals who worked along side him to inflict absolute terror on these poor children.

My most potent nightmares could not have prepared me for this. I remember when the news broke, I was working in a bar in Paris. My colleague was a LP fan and had them on the bar playlist which she deleted the second she heard what had happened. I cannot get my head around these mothers and I don't want to.
I can’t believe that you were sent death threats for covering this in documentaries before - like you said; would love to see them try! The things these 2 did is sickening and I hope that their lives are made very difficult for a very long time wherever they are!
I don’t have children of my own but I would stand in front of a bus to save a strangers child and I just cannot understand how these so called women would allow this to happen to their own flesh and blood. I used to have two dogs but recently one of them sadly passed away- I am in a difficult relationship and he is sometimes really unkind to me but if he laid even a finger on my dog he would never be comfortable for the rest of his life! The fact that they allowed this to happen really is beyond my comprehension. In the past I have spoken to guys on dating apps who have talked about young girls and I’ve told them that they really need help! It’s worrying how many depraved individuals are out there. However, there are also as many people who would do whatever they can to protect the innocent and this is what they have to remember. Always look for the good people…the ones who do everything to help. Emma, this was such an incredible insight and I really was not aware of the depths of depravity this scum had stooped to. May karma grab him around the neck and never let go xxx

It wouldn’t be any less shocking if it was the drummer for example, but it wouldn’t be his voice you are hearing.
I was a fan too and the music got me through some hard times as a teenager. My friend at the time who found out about it told me what had happened when it was coming out in the news and I never listened to them ever again from that moment on. I think I'd be very upset if I ever heard their music again...just thinking about that the music helped me as a depressed teenager but it was that disgusting creatures voice singing it is really disturbing and still bothers me to this day.
I was a fan too. Start something is still one of favourite albums of all time. But I cannot listen to LP anymore. I haven’t listened to their music since the accusations. One day I hope they can find someone to re-record vocals on their stuff. It’s so sad that the other four members work has been tarnished because of this parasitic being. When Emma talks of the death threats she received, i was unsurprised because outside of even this case, people can sometimes so idolise a person, that they will not accept that maybe that person isn't great. And feel the need to over defend someone they don't even know
It's the same I the US with Chris Watts who killed his family, he has lots of female "fans" who believe he is innocent. You couldn't make it up!
Death threats have become an everyday thing here in the US. It never used to be this way but, in the last several years it has ramped up. It is so sad. I just don't understand why people do that.

I've got this saved, and I may actually watch it someday. Being part of the metal community for ~40 years and knowing more than a few professional touring musicians & crew, knew of him and followed the case ... too closely. I applaud your courage in covering such a repugnant person and case. At the moment I can't even stomach it.
This gives off Jimmy Saville vibes where the whole police department who were advised nefarious things were happening to children and they just turned a blind eye, luckily we didn't have to wait for him to die when all this came out, it still went on far longer than it ever should have 😢
Saville was protected at the highest level because he wasn't alone in his activities, it came out after his death because dead people don't talk , a shitebag like saville would've sang like a canary x

I was abused when I was little and suffer from PTSD, having my own kiddies had triggered me so bad and Im always having them in my sight. It’s sick to think these monsters can do such thing to these beautiful innocent babies 😢😭

Especially after recently giving birth to your beautiful little girl.I was a lost prophets fan when i was around 14 (the shame) and really enjoyed their music at the time, i even saw them in Birmingham when they were supporting linkin park! I can't even listen to any of their music anymore after finding out what this sick, disgusting excuse of a man did. It did bring a little joy to my heart hearing how he got stabbed in jail, i just wish they'd had a chance to finish the job
What's really sick is she thought she was hot shit on the end of a stick hanging out with this guy but in reality he wanted her 10 month old son. It's cases like this that makes me happy to live in Texas, justice will be served. He might not get the DP but if any inmate finds out he'd probably scream for that needle.

Ahh Cassette tapes were the bane of my musical enjoyment. In my opinion there were no "Mothers" involved in this despicable episode other than you Emma and all of us who watch your videos. The images of what these babies went through is the food of nightmares. Kudos to the judge for saying it plain. 10 months old and you, mommy dearest, are taking part in this horror, you are worse than this despicable being, rock star animal. Justice Royce was bang on! I pray he doesn't suffer PTSD having to have heard this case. The women should be boiled in oil not given a short sentence! They sure as hell don't deserve it! Damn but I wish Judges could order some people IE P and B be neutered. Wild animals would not harm their babies but these so called humans thought he is just so cute. SO ARE CHILDREN!
I don't usually comment on videos but felt i had to on this one. Absolutely horrific and sickening case. You did a great job of telling the story for those poor victims. Must have been extemely difficult. As horrific and distressing that these videos can be, I believe it is truly important to share and raise awareness. Hopefully these poor excuses of human beings can be stopped and brought to justice sooner. As for Ian Watkins and the mothers of these poor children, they can burn in hell.

as someone who was a big fan as a teen and saw them live this case always hits home. for years there was rumours he liked teen girls and that he was doing things with underage fans of his. tbh when he was arrested and it broke i thought it was all for the underage fans situations and then the story just got worse and worse. he’s such a evil creature. honestly makes me sick. looking back now at interviews he did in kerrang magazine you can sort of read between the lines of the things he was bragging about. makes my blood go cold.

I feel so ill after watching this. Still, my dream is to work in child protective services to help these abused children and prevent this kind abuse from happening. Also, those mothers are just as awful as him if not worse. I don't care how "weak" they were, no mother with a heart or ounce of humanity would ever do that to ANY child. BS that they were "manipulated".

I remember reading an article once years and years ago about one of these types of "mothers" (not the ones in this case, it was not related) and it was the first time I had ever considered this could eBay a thing, and the line that stuck woth me was from the messages sent between the man who was abusing kids, and a woman he was communicating with. She had children. The messages were him expressing his desires of what he wanted to do to the woman's children, and her response was "I'd hold them down for you and stroke their hair and comfort them and tell them everything would be ok".
I'll never forget that and as I said it was the first time it had ever even occurred to my mind that any kind of mother could actually be like this. Jesus.

Very grim little tidbit for you:
Not long before everything came out about him, his band played a gig at my SCHOOL. He was a prick - he was always known for being an arrogant twat and very much lived up to that - but of course, we had no idea how much worse it got!
When the news came out, they’d JUST finished renovating the town centre in Ponty, and had done an arty thing on the flooring, where they’d put metal words in the pavement, with links to the area. They’d put Lostprophets lyrics on a large area. They immediately had to awkwardly dig it back up, when the news came out. 😬
He was raised by his stepfather, who was a vicar and is a lovely man. Watkins’ mother was absolutely broken by everything he did, as you can imagine, to the point where it affected her physical health.
My heart breaks for his band mates, many of whom had kids. Not only were their careers destroyed overnight, but I can only imagine they will spend the rest of their lives thinking about every time he was near their kids and wondering if he felt anything.

My friend met him while she was doing an internship at kerrang. She said he gave weird vibes and took a suspiciously long time in the bathroom. It was in the time of the really vile crimes so after it all came out she was always wondering.
I just hope all the children involved are finding a way to live a good life ❤ they are brave survivors and deserve nothing but love and positivity in their futures

This is going to be a difficult one to watch. I remember when this case was in the news and being disgusted by the part the victims mothers had to play in it too. I have been trying to brace myself for this for a while though, as I recall several people requesting this case during some of the recent live chats.

Thank you for covering this. I was a massive fan of Lostprophets when I was a kid and my heart was genuinely broken when the accusations came out. I read the case files not long after he was convicted and I genuinely felt sick reading them. He's an absolute monster and I'm beyond angry he managed to survive the recent incident in prison.
Just to show how brazen he was, in their video for ''A Town Called Hypocrisy'' released in 2008 that is filmed as a kids' show, in the beginning of the video female host of the show asks ''What have we learned?'', and he responds ''We have learned of sharing, saying please and oral...(he pauses until female hosts pokes him with her arm)...hygiene''.
That whole music video for that song is creepy as heck, especially when you think of it knowing what a monster this sicko is. At the end when he says the little speech to the children about learning things. 🤢
