    Great device,I buy it 2 years ago and since then, I make my own extra delicious brad every day:) It takes just 4 minutes to prepare ingredients and it's really" faultless bred every time"!

    I bought the SD2501 last week, eager to try it. First loaf was good but the second loaf which I used wholemeal flour plus the white flour
    and that was even better.

    I have this model and it is an excellent machine. I bought mine about 7 years ago. Never tried to make burger buns with it but going to give that a go tomorrow. Home made burgers with home made buns 😋

    The glass it came with my Panasonic sd2500 is like yours. However, I am doing the same bread as you and the water said 350ml which is the full plastic glass of water. However, your isn't seen fully as mine. Do your put less water, please?

    Doesn’t this have the automatic yeast dispenser?

    • @intheknow5374
      @intheknow5374  4 роки тому

      No just a paddle inside that mixes the dough, no dispenser :)

    hi , does you paddle move on the pin . mine is only a week old but has lots of play . not sure if this is correct ? many thanks

    • @intheknow5374
      @intheknow5374  9 років тому +1

      +de toast It does move on the pin but in conjunction with the paddle. It should not be very loose, it's the hardest part to clean if not cleaned immediately so this can something cause a displacement. However as the paddle fits exactly on the pin it should not move side to side on the pin, if it all moves together and around that's fine but there should be resistance and not able to flick it around. Hope that makes sense.

    good video but would of like to have seen how long each stage takes eg rest, knead etc. obviously not real time just a snap shot and how long to expect before the machine goes from rest to knead.

    • @intheknow5374
      @intheknow5374  9 років тому

      ragatwins69 Good point! - resting does take some time depending on what your making. Bread takes a while to rest whilst making pizza dough for instance doesn't. Good point though and something for me to think about in my future videos :) Thanks

      something else i noticed your doing wrong is u put the sugar plus salt in throwing them both fully around, this sounds darft but they must not touch each other till it mixes it inpacts the bread also if u have the machine ANYWHERE near a draft u wont get good results keep ALL windows shut when its in use

    Thanks for a very informative video and everything explained well, so us novices can learn.
    We have bought a Panasonic SD2500 today and quite excited about making bread. My wife struggles with bought bread (bloating) so I want to try and make a bread that will not give her that problem. I would really appreciate any ideas or tips. Thank you.
    We are beginners with this bread making and we are OAP's
    Bye for now, Kind regards,
    BillandViv

      Great... It's going well for us still :) We now don't buy bread from the local supermarket anymore. It only lasts probably 2-3 days wrapped up in cling film. But with us 4 it goes quickly and it's so fresh. Hope you have had some good success with it :) Once you master the loaf go for a fruit loaf next and then a homemade pizza dough. good luck.

    Might be a good idea to remove the paddle from the bread before you start cutting into it 😂

    instead of throwing everything away if you forget the paddle, you could just scoop everything out and put it back. Great tool too a.k.a measuring spoon.
    Very informative otherwise!

    • @intheknow5374
      @intheknow5374  8 років тому

      Glad you like it, the first time I forgot the paddle... oh dear!!.... NEVER AGAIN. You could scoop it out, but you don't really want to mix the sugar and salt if you can help it. Otherwise it's a start again job :( .... It's still going strong and we make it every week :)

    Thank you, no complaints about this video from me (ppl always moaning about something or another would get on my tits!). Undecided really, as I'd like to bake bread but I can't be doing with all the kneading etc, also need gluten free bread.. Not fed up of being ripped off £3.60 for some loaves.. Just don't want it to end up sat in my cupboard. . Anyway thanks for the video :)

    Butter needs to be melted first. read the instruction book.

      You can use oil instead of butter.

    unfortunately very slow almost tedious OCD dialogue and constant patting of the loaf at the end. be good to redo this now with more energy as obviously you have years of experience now.

    *Bought to replace a much older machine. Love all😊☺ the choices, compared to the old machine **MyBest.Kitchen** of 3. Able to do all my bread types, plus able to do gluten free and quick breads and cake.🤏*
