    One thing that I didn't like about using my bread machine was the hole it left in the bottom of the finished loaf. Then I read a hint where, as the final rise begins, to remove the paddle. Works great. Probably a lot of people already already know this, but there may be one or two who don't.

      Yea I know many do that, but I don't really mind at all, especially if my dough is kind of too sticky to handle like this recipe. On my other video with the title "Bread Maker cheese Bread" I removed the paddle because the dough is much easier to handle and not sticky. Thank you for watching and your kind comment. Happy baking!🥰

    Hi, thanks for sharing so much BM recipe here. May i get some of your opinion regarding the machine? As I am currently looking for a BM that can knead for 200g to 600g++ dough. Sometimes i will make mini bun or dumpling that doesn't require to much flour. However i also need a bite size machine that can bake bread for while family. May i know if this machine able to do it or any idea what is the minimum weight for this machine?

I've made many breads and other delicacies with this machine and so far so good, kinda impressed with it. My machine can handle 1 cup ( 135 g ) flour beautifully. I hope my answer kinda help.

      I have never tried almond flour alone before, so I can't say much but did use it with other flour. Almond flour tend to be slightly wet, so you can decrease the liquid a little. Taking dough out and kneading again and then shaping the loaf defeats the need to have a bread maker. You could just use a stand mixer and a loaf pan.

    • @theweatherisaokay4964
      @theweatherisaokay4964  2 роки тому +1

      Butter makes tastier bread, and oil hold the shapes better. That is what I find with my breads. I've not try this recipe with butter yet. About which can stay soft longer, I'm afraid I don't have the answer to that. Thank you for watching and happy baking. 🥰

    • @theweatherisaokay4964
      @theweatherisaokay4964  2 роки тому +1

      I've never use window pane to measure my dough readiness, most of my breads and brioches using short kneading time and they turned out just fine. If by kneading longer time can gives better results you can try doing that, but for me 20 minutes is just fine. By the way, all our bread machine setting, not a single cycles have more than 20 minutes kneading each, I think there is a reasons it didn't have longer kneading time. I hope my answer helped.
