During my recovery from surgery both Drs on my floor were from Cuba ( they got lucky w/ lottery to come to USA ) they were so compassionate & we talked a lot bout illegals that got them heated lol, also had stories of family members that passed down what a magical place Cuba was B4 blk face truDUMB father took it over - they described since early childhood how Cuba always has power outages , stores barely had food , hospitals didn't even have bandages or basic supplies & they were so appreciated & felt blessed being in USA & they kno maga voters don't want illegals, they want people like them - educated , appreciative & productive members of society - we all agreed Cuba if wasn't taken over would be an economic powerhouse based on tourism & nice climate to live - so sad what happened - much respect to the 2 Drs

I partly disagree with the not showing the faces right away of the shooters at our Superbowl Victory parade. Here in Kansas City, MO metro area if they don't show an alleged criminal's face right away we knew they were either white or a minor. Even just recently there was a very sad unfortunate incident in the KCMO Metro area (Independence, MO) where a police officer and a civil process servicer were killed and two other officers wounded. In this recent incident the perpetrator's face was not shown right away...You guessed it, he was a white guy. I'm not even joking, I was surprised the perpetrators were black when they finally showed their faces! So I'm wondering if it just depends on what city or state you live...🤷🏽 I was very perplexed when I heard this...Interesting. As my mother always say, "What you don't know will make a new world." LOL 😄

First, I love you two ladies. Second, I'm a practicing attorney in Atlanta and I go before the immigration court all the time. Our government DOES NOT run a criminal history on these folks in their own home country, only over here. If they've been here for 5 minutes and committed a crime, people LEAP out of the woodwork to argue how they should not be sent back, and this happens over and over, and we all gather around that inquiry WITHOUT any background checks on that very same person from their HOME country. It's like we don't even care....and, it seems we don't. Or, at least or government doesn't because that's the same result over and over.
