First I thought she was just letting truck pass. But then she didn't move at all, and was playing on the phone. You can see in video, plenty of places to park. No way I could have made it around them from the left easily (multi point turn), so I decided to squeeze right. Went this way because turning left on that road without a light is not a good idea.
