In the UK, although we cant carry locking knives, we can own them.
HOWEVER...
There is a problem with that teeny tiny little Korvid...
For some insane reason, the simple fact that it has that handle makes it illegal to own AT ALL!
There is a clause in the law that actually bans "Zombie" knives by name... ie, a knife that depicts violence associated with 'zombies'... so if it has a flourescent green handle or blade, and if it has paint that simulates blood, its illegal to own... even if its a slipjoint and tiny.,,.
Yes, if defies all logic, especially as zombies don't even exist in reality...
