I'm in Socastee near local hospital on hw 17. I take farrow parkway to MB state park (w/ yearly pass)....10 minutes. Or i go to Surfside beach from Glenns bay rd and miss the 544 traffic. I'm 10-15 min from shopping, beach, airport, Murl Inlet restaurants, most of the time. And i haven't seen flooding issues in the 4 yrs since buying.

You got that right! It backs up for miles & miles there!
Hopefully looking to buy in 2 yrs. Thinking out skirts of Conway but may consider Muerlls inlet if it doesn't flood.
Hopefully I can make it to conway away from the floods.

My brother and parents moved to Conway, opposite sides of 501 they love their homes but the bridge traffic is not their favorite

Hey there Micah! Market Common is a great area to move, with it being really conveniently located to just about everything including the beach. How are the airplane’s noise from the airport anyway in the Myrtle Beach area?
Most of the area isn't too bad. There are times I hear one come by my house in Carolina Forest, but it isn't a constant all day long. While we are an International Airport, we are pretty small in size. I've been in high schools larger than our airport.
