My cable bill and internet is crazy expensive, I live in CA but moving to SC soon. I pay 219 for cable and internet access plus 35 for weekly waste pick up. Our neighborhood use to be nice but is run down now. Cannot wait to move!
Hi Jeremy, I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I canceled my cable because it kept going up and up with no extras. I just have the internet and pay $60.00 a month for it. You do have a great price for your HOA. Hope to move to SC in the near future. Enjoy watching your videos!
Nice Video!! And you are spot on!! I have a condo in Planters Point and love it! It's a vacation home and when were there in summer you wouldn't know we were in a beach town. It's perfect to me anyways!!! The cons you mentioned I certainly understand but no more than I'm actually there they're not cons to me...I guess they would be if I lived there full time...except for 501....I avoid that road like the plague!!!
I wish there were better paying jobs in Myrtle beach. That’s the only thing stopping me from contacting you to make the move to Myrtle beach. Currently I’m making $27hr building navy boats but Myrtle beach is like “hey we pay $15hr” because everything is hospitality
If you lived in Carolina Forest you could look for jobs in Conway or Aynor. It’s not far at all from there. There’s also a lot of Machining, Fab, and welding jobs for Aerospace and Medical Industries about an hour away in Florence
Hi Jeremy. Carolina Forest has definitely caught our attention. Plan on relocating to SC in the not too distant future, no exact date. Can we reach out to you later this year when we come down? Thanks
I just dropped my ATT UVerse TV/Internet as it was pushing close to $200/mo. I was able to go with a different provider and get 10 times the 'max' speed offered and added on a new-to-me streaming service. Saving well over half. Monthly assessments in my 2b/2b condo is pushing $300 with no real amenities like exercise room/pool, but get garage, elevator bldg, trash and gas.
Don’t forget to mention fire danger. The International Paper pines are like kindling. Two massive fires in the recent past - The Farm and Windsor Green.
Hi Jeremy I will be relocating to SC in about a year or so, what should I expect to pay in property taxs and Home Owners Insurance on a 400-450k Home in one of the communities within Carolina Forest?
It's going to depend on the age of the home, it's location inside Carolina Forest, etc. If you want to email me more specifics of the areas you are thinking about moving, I can definitely do some research on it for you! Email me at info@jeremyblanton.com
Hello. I am a swimmer and looking for communities with indoor lap pools in the Carolina forest area. Or aquatic centers near Carolina Forest. Thank you.
Hey there! Most do not have indoor swimming centers, but we do have Pepper Geddings in downtown Myrtle Beach. If you want to learn more on communities nearby, feel free to shoot me an email to info@jeremyblanton.com.
As an avid runner I'm trying to research the best places to go running in mb. Are there any nice parks with long pathway loops (4-6 miles) in Horry County? For example in NJ we have this park called the Manasquan reservoir that has a shaded trail that circles lake 5 miles exactly.
Hmmm there are some trails down International drive at the Lewis Bay Preserve. Also, a lot of people run around The Hulk Trail, and then of course, bunches simply go run on the sand of the beach!
Windsor Green condos fronting The Witch and Man O War golf, interesting but why are so many for sale? what is going on with that complex that so many are selling? I see like 15-20 units for sale????? any inside knowledge?
Hey Jeremy, watched your videos before I moved down there, live in the farm. Recently dropped off some card to your Remax office, restarting my electrical business in the area and would love if you gave me a call to help with inspection and home needs for your customers ! Super dependable electrician. Gregory Lee Electric. Dropped some cards off at the front desk with the ladies and was interested to see you in there ! Hope we can establish a relationship :)

We did the same before moving to the neighborhood we currently live in. We have run streaming with no cable for probably 8+ years now!
I’m moving into your neighborhood in June and I’ll say it can take 3-5 minutes just to turn left onto CFB but it’s still a great area. I love it.
Ok so what’s CFB??!! 🙄
@@caroll6541 Carolina Forest Boulevard. It's a main thoroughfare through the Carolina Forest area. It can get a bit busy at times
Love it..the area seems perfect. ✌🏼
Another great and informative video.

I wouldn’t move here personally
Great video! We live in Virginia and pay $75 for high speed Internet. We also pay HOA $300 every quarter.

Is this in a flood zone area?
We are planning on retiring in about 2 yrs and move there
Awesome! Let me know how I can help when time gets closer!

It's a fairly large complex and so they go through cycles where a bunch buy and then a bunch of them come up for sale.
Yeah, a year later and they’re still a ton of them for sale! Also looks like they get flooding in their parking lot!
It should be called Carolina Deforestation
30-40 minute drive....?? It takes us 3-4 hours to get to the shore in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine...6-7 hours to the Jersey shore...
Yikes!
Great video. Coming in May Surfside beach.

Myrtle Beach is the most northern part of Florida atleast it has that Florida Vibe to it at half the distance..lol..
Yup, like a $150 a month for Cable/Internet/land line!
Ouch! Sorry you have to spend that each month!
Horrible area. Traffic, traffic, traffic and more traffic...Never go up that way...
