    Im a student who wakes up at 4 am and sleeps at 10. I completely agree with ashish sir that morning is the best time to improve ur skill, study or do anything that is needed to lead u towards growth

    The logic what you said in earlier video about sleep debt is true, I started implementing 5 am routine for preparing Gate exam..I have seen those changes and increase in focus...the 5 am club book failed me to wake me at 5am ...but your video does😄...Thanks for making such kind videos on productivity!!

    I follow 45 % routine exactly since last month or last two months...but my challenges is quite different...I know I have potential to follow your routine upto 70 % without any problem from my side...but I can't achieve it right now due to household work...I am undergraduate student+ preparing for masters entrance... I am studying from my home... I have to help my mom ..in festivals, special occasions or any guest arrival affect my studies so badly.... please make a video on management of family expectations and preparation 🥺

    1)Bhaiya, the thing is that toughness is hard......I often get too emotional unbalanced. When preparing exams, I feel loneliness, crave spending time with family(which I don't do when I'm free....instead be busy on my mobile),etc.
    2) Also, What to do.....when u have just started studying and...after short duration only, ur brain makes u feel that u have accomplished much ..... and then u tend to take long breaks and...then that brain only makes u feel guilty!! And this is a loop.

    There is a major problem in workout in morning 1being a student if i do workout i probably listen to music ( songs to be precise not one of those people who worjout on high upbeat rock songs vut songs for sure) tired with some audiobook but does not match themat engery of music and that music is gonna rotatae in head all day instead of what should be
    {minor but yet an issue}2. It mays the entire day lethargic and tiring

    I'm a NEET ASPIRANT, I've been so much lathargic and all that Bhaiya mentioned about people who eat things that makes you feel lazy,
    Months back I used to keep some track of my diet and worked almost consistently but those habits took and part and never started again till date
    I'll restart my workout from tomorrow
    I've lived a mediocre life till now , but now i will grow up into a productivity machine
    Bhaiya bas ek ek baar keh do , Anjani you can do it , it will empower me so much, i believe in me , but want these words from you, i hope you understand what I am saying

    I have a problem that if I do workout early in the morning, I am not left enough energy and focus to study. What should I do in this scenario to build high productivity?

      It's because your body is not habituated for spending the energy. If you do the exercise on daily basis and then try to study anyhow despite fatigue, it will become normal after some time.

    Sir how to break older patterns of behaviour and thinking
    like i know for competitive exams we have to practice problem but subconsiously i always used to procastinate that only watch video lecs take notes just that did full year n now m repenting . I know it is not right but i cant help. I dont why why my mind wants to procastinate problem solving again . May be fear of failing or a mental blockage I just think i ll do in end of chp then end of 2 chp n soo on . This is killing me from inside inside of working so hard but i wrong patterns m getting 0 results.
    And since i have not solved problems much now m thibking like m not good in maths like subjects but good in theortical subjects
    Also sir my mind has lots of confusing thoughts like m pursuing chemistry but if some frd tells there is no scope or i read on quora i feel like is it really worth it then i constantly keep changing my plans i ll do this that and end up doing nothing. Also i take things lightly and overco fident on many things and lots of unnecessary confusing overthinking .
    This problem is same as someone commental cant handle emotions during prepartion phase get lonely desperate self doubt comparison etc etc
    Plz enlighten me on this

    I study 6-8 hrs in the morning but my motivation goes down till the evening and did not be able to study in evening and from this i didn't get time for numerical solving practice and revision I just keep on attend online classes thats it and due to this i am demotivated for revision what should i do to increase my study hours and efficiency to study in evening also

    Hmm I did this before you said yep the thing is that you have to just make your own rules for growth and the time when you feel you have no use in the world and your time is being wasted you have to find some routes to utilize the time

    I am preparing for competitive exams, so I am reading 12hours a day, but our teachers says study 3 hour stretch so that in exam you will not have stamena problem. Please help 🙏 to apply propodoro in 3hour long exam 🙏

    Bhaiya what can we do while we use pomodoro technique when we take a break after 25 min , because when ever I take a break I tend to use mobile and then break converts into an 30m break , also it distracts me and my productivity decreases .

    Amm.. well pomodoro technique I feel that it does not work let me explain if I sit down for giving a exam I doesn't feel any resistance It just felt like flow .my question is that can we achieve focus like we do during exam hall.
