- Ashish Ranjan is an ex-ISRO, ex- BARC Scientist. He has spent the past 5 years writing a book on his experience of getting selected and working in India's Nuclear program and how he worked his way up into India's space program despite his poor academic background. Ashish had scored 53/100 in Mathematics and 61/100 in Physics on his 12th boards. He had even failed Physics in his 11th Standard. Ashish never got admitted to top universities for his B.Tech. like IITs or NITs. Yet, he made his way into India's two of the largest research organizations as a Scientist. He has recently published a Book, "The Boy Who Did Not Sign" which is a fictional story inspired by a true event in Ashish's life in BARC. The book is about pursuing a dream career despite our limitations and disadvantages, about relationship dynamics we all face, about doing the right thing, and much more. The Boy Who Did Not Sign is now published worldwide (Paperback + eBook).

1.Higher efficiency- experience, calmness, confidence
2.Hobbies-refresh ,reset, clear state
3.They dont really study that much- Be efficient. Results take time.
NIce
Oh now I understand
1)Efficiency: use pomodoro to build that
2)Calmness: continue a hobby or develope a new 1
3) Confidence: past success or current hardwork
Thankyou for providing us the boost in chasing our dreams !!🙏Keep up this good work!🎉
Man you really are something else.I respect you from bottom of my heart.
You don't really know how much supportive you are ❤️. Deserve great respect 👍
Thanks 😁
I started watching your channel just a few days ago, but man, your content is gold . Wish your channel grows more .
Yes man, the problem is so much junk productivity channels have the upper hand and quality content got lowered. Also the worst is yt shorts, no one watches long vids nowadays.
1. Efficiency, Quality, and Output

5. Don't study that much
6. Believe in yourself
7. Do not give up
8. Sleep well
9. Stay hydrated
10. Go for walks
11. See failure and success as same
12. Don't cheat yourself
13. Take calculated risks
why you watched it you r already a topper(IITB)
@@suyashsrivastava9984 The shorts keep showing me. It is fun.
Do u know Garima Bhangar??
He is so genuine and clear...thank you bro
Welcome😁
Me who was a topper since my childhood upto my 12th, after 12th choose Btech and realised it's not cup of my tea, failed in 1st semester and my confidence got broken... you just boosted me bro i have to now work on building my confidence again but this time even more stronger...thank you bro
Even my school topper is doing nothing now ....
@@rahimakousar9668 even my class topper
You are awesome man, always guide us about the reality of career
Always!
Our favourite scientist back with another amazing self improvement video thank you
Yay😁🎉
Recently I realised that it was not the motivation but the discipline that I lacked. Your videos played a very big role it helping me realise that. Just wanna say I am grateful for your content and though we might never meet in person but your impact in my life is huge.
Keep going man and have a nice day!
Such quality content is rare! Thankyou so much
I am waiting for the day when Ashish Ranjan will be an international name😍. And the only Indian youtuber who can give other countries good youtubers a run for the money 😉😁
Yes mam... Definitely Ashish sir is going to be famous world-wide..
God Damn I love that idea
That day is not too far 😊😊
When will next podcast come????
*Hii di*
Ashish bhaiya thank you for all those tips, I am an mediocre student and have my class 10 board examination from 26th April and still I keep procrastinating, but these days I just play a random video of your Momentum podcast which just boosts up my motivation level for studying, and I'm surely gonna implement all that you have mentioned.
Thank you so much, sir.. :))
The points mentioned in the video were useful.
First time seeing a youtuber being realistic about study routine. I, myself being the above average student, can attest to what he is saying. In topper interview, Toppers most often exaggerate their study hours and inherent ability to learn by portraying themselves as extra-ordinary.
Yay! Thank you!
so basically their childhood was better than mine
Yes. Pretty much. But you had more fun.
Only for average students :- I think studying 2 hrs and adding 30 mins in 2, 3 days continuously may help a lot
yes i kept making plans to study 10 hours on the first day which failed everytime because i am used to playing games and wasting time but when i started with 2-3 hours and kept improving i can study 10 hours now
Why do you look at the clock.. Remove clock from your room.. It will surely help you.
That will cause improvement but won't make you a topper
@@ashishtorqit may help, if you have only one course. I mean, Im phd in iitm, I have only one course rn. So I study 2-3 hrs for the subject 2-3 hrs for literature and rest things experiment and research work. I don't know if it will work but I'm doing it
I dont want to become a topper 😂😂 but want to only clear competitive exam😢
Yeah
True
Tbh iss soch se clear karna bhi mushkil ho jata hai end mei
THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR.
BY SHARING THIS VIDEO YOU HAVE NOT ONLY HELP US IN STUDIES BUT...
YOU HAVE ADD MORE VALUE IN OUR LIFE WHICH WE WILL BE GRATEFUL FOR OUR WHOLE LIFE...
BEST WISHES FOR UR LIFE SIR KEEP GROWING....
Thanks bhaiya , I will definitely try to implement those steps suggested by you rather than eliminating my hobbies
Keep it up
You are such a genius...I am totally influencive by you
I started your video of preparing for gate in 6 months. Now I am your new subscriber. You deserve million subscribers!!
thanks a lot 😊
I came across this and I faced every situation you said in the video. Now I am more confident and will move forward with these suggestions. Thanks bro ☺️
Wonderful!
14:11 is so damn true....I have faced it...I have been a topper in my school...and people had a huge expectation for me...they pushed me into giving neet exam, though I not really wanted to....I did the preparation with frustration...and I terribly failed at it. I personally feel good that now I can do what I want but people around me...degrading me...for my failure makes me regret that I should have cleared it. I gave my best shot at it...but still i was not able to.....
😁👍👍👍
What r u doing now?
U r truly my guide, inspiration......im trying to do all the points you are conveying.. (Not only this video ).... Inshallah i am hoping that one day i could meet you after achieving my dream point❤️
This worked for me: 90%cases confidence is the one as Ashish mentioned plays a major role. No matter what test it is.. just pass through him once and remain silent. Then, you can see his confidence being crushed like anything.. Make this as your fuel and voila... works like a charm
After seen your vedio, I think l will improve in my study. And it will really help me. Thanks you so much
I am also a topper and your all point connect and relate with me for eg. I remember my past victories and feel that time make me full of confidence and that all points I think for me
Good analysis bro., although the assumptions u have made approach ideality...
But will help one to figure out what he need to do👍
I really admire the confidence you generate. I really wish I could inculcate your thoughts and I will do it!
Chilla chilla kr sabko bta do toppers ke secret 😂😅
🤭🤭...... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Already on It😁😁
Bhaii hamara bhala ho jayega yrr 😁
Best video ever... Nothing so much brain storming hacks and methods.. what a simpler explanation I ever got 💯❤️
Ashish sir you deserved a lot thanks for guide us. Calm and confident can make better.
It's my pleasure
Thank you ashish for u r valuable information.. 🤗. I am so motivated now!
My pleasure 😊

Thank You So Much Sir. Keep it up

This channel is so underrated I must say. BTW thanks Ashish Bhaiya for these tips, I will add these to my list from today onwards.
Your most welcome😊
No matter how long is your video , I never felt bored . Your wisdom of knowledge is great sir 👍🙂. Thank you so much for being so honest 🤗🤗
Most welcome 😊
Very well said brother, many of the things you said mostly at last 6-7 minutes, we actually experienced and some other. Always Feels nice Listen to you. Genuine talks👍
Thanks for sharing
Fear of failure also helps as..this push as well as motivate them to study as u have to do this because u don't have any other option..u can't be failed
This is short term motivation
True
@@chandraprakashchowdhary5737 but it works Everytime you have to appear for your exam as their is a fear inside you ko bhaiiii..apni image h class h..teachers aur parents ki expectation and u need to fulfill it
@@Apricityayy fear aur pressure k sath goal nhi achieve hota wo bas frustration hota hai...jo aata h aur jata hai...with calm mind& self determination you can achieve anything.
@@chandraprakashchowdhary5737 look kuch log pressure se jyada achcha kaam krte h kuch calm mind theek vaise hi jaise..positive and negative motivator hote h..
I think it is the best self growth video that I've seen 🙂
true words of wisdom...
Always😊
i'm crying rn u literally decoded my lifeeeeeeee complexities

One thing I really like is that you will try to reply the comments as much as you can... That is the best thing I have ever observed and ur speaking skills are awesome sir.. I want to speak English like you sir.. 🙂
Always. Thanks😁
Ashish Sir, this is why I don't ask any questions in live coz you always make the videos we want before we ask 😊
Nice Bhavyasri😁🙌🙌

Yes.I think calmness is the key. Be calm and study hours and hours.
🙌🏻🙌🏻
11:10 what you say very much similar to me
You forgot about overconfidence it is a big problem
Surely I will rectify these
True
Sir, in one of your viedo you taught us about some basics knowledge about what comes in Ese general studies as per under the guidelinesof gaurav Joshi sir, , but the problem is that you wouldn't mentioned any notes and also I have no idea about where to study about all,, sir I belong to very ordinary college , so I haven't any idea about that , And also sir , i even not know about mathematics teacher name of MADE EASY, for which I brought notes, so please sir recommend me if you know ????

Bro where have been these many years🙏🙏🙏 excellently content bro....
I've been here only, where have you been?😁
Well I can personally relate all these points as I am the one who is growing from average and my siblings are topper
Bhaiya please make a video on... How can one go to IIST by IIT advance. And some suggestions as well .
Great respect to you
Bhaiya your videos have always good contents ❤️❤️ Keep it up 👍
Thank you so much 😀
From the beginning I'm an average student....
Even in 6th std i failed in maths exam....
Then lockdown appeared and i just study 2 hours a dayy and i join karate...
In 8 th and 9th suddenly an average student got pretty good marks.... No one was believing it.... Everyone thought that it was just a luck..... But i proved them wrong in my 10th std.... I got 1st rank in whole school like the previous topper was in trauma... For real.....
Like i love karate whenever i need break i do some martial art technique and attend regular classes it really calm my mind....
That is my story...
And I'm not afraid to fail... Cuz once i was that... I'm chill person i know ,, i will do thiss
Your my inspiration bro❤️❤️❤️ thanks a lot 🙏
My pleasure 😊
If you're not preparing for competitive examination then even 10hrs is also too much I would say till graduation level even 4 - 5 hrs of self study is more than enough atlest for me
True
Awsome work bro
Thanks ✌️
Quality information. Loved ur precise information regarding average students n toppers..
I am a mbbs intern, currently preparing for neet pg exam to get into my dream branch of speciality to pursue,
I am struggling to maintain consistency coz i hav seen failures, its tough for me to become a topper,,,
But i will keep working on myself and get that M.D. degree...
All the best
Torq bhaiya please make a video on how to deal with negativity about mechanical branch that people spread in surrounding🙇♂️ I will be grateful to you
Will try
When a person know what he/she want to do in his/her life so they start working hard and it can be anytime you feel this after 12 I feel this in my 10 class 😊 👍
😊😊
Hey brother, I am planning to apply for ISRO exam next year for Chemical Engineering. I have not seen any videos specific to that on your channel. Would really appreciate some pointers or better a video. Thanks for you content. Goodluck in your pursuit
Will try
My guiding light to achieve my goal
Thank you sir
I have one more secret that is dividing the entire task into small topics or task, everyday do that atomic portion of the task,**write everyday's work at the end of the day in a journal or an excel, and revise same thing over and again and parallely finish entire task, revisit the same contain you've studied,do this over and again
Thanks for sharing
Amazing as always ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks😊👍
wonderful bro :D
Thanks 😁
Thanks for this
My pleasure!
Inspiration ❤️
Thanks
Sir could you please explain why water has negative slope for melting line on PT diagram
Ashish sir could you please make a video on PAPER 2 for Gate 2022 Mechanical so that we can a better idea regarding it and it will be very helpful to us... ✌️✌️
there's only one paper🧐
Very nice 👌 and I followed al long time
😁👍
Bhaiya I always want to solve numericals question in lesser time like the ICRB test time limit Per question/59 seconds so bhaiya I am not interested so much in sports and I also not play sports so well but the time from 5:00 - 7:00 is free for me so I mostly invest those time in numerical solving , bhaiya I also have so much time if I ignore all the third party activities like listening songs , watching news on T.V 😅. so bhaiya should I invest that time to continue my hobby bhaiya plz suggest me , I use that time in numerical solving because I already have separate 2 hours to continue my hobby so bhaiya should I invest more time in my hobbies or should I continue numeral solving in extra time , plz suggest bhaiya I really want your advice🙂 ( Now I think solving numerical solving has became my hobby😅)
