How do you put a border fence in the middle of the Rio Grande river? As to why a border fence doesn't really work all that well is that they are easily defeated by people using ladders to go over the top of it, by people cutting their way right through it, by people digging tunnels underneath it, by people going around it by boat, by people going right through the border crossing checkpoints themselves, etc.

I had that same thought. It was a full-blown ectoplasmic poltergeist event, and they try to tell us it was a gas leak!
But if they're taking all their big toys and going home, then whatever it was is likely dealt with. Any witnesses have had their memories wiped, so you're not likely to find anything.

Penguin Six showed us the headquarters for the Environmental Protection Agency, which is at the Federal Triangle. The building was constructed in 1934, approximately 36 years before the E.P.A. was founded in 1970. The E.P.A. building has been renamed after President Clinton.
Penguin Six also went past the nearby large Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. The building houses both public agencies and private organizations, all of them involved in international trade. The building is owned by the federal government, but is operated by a private company.
The Federal Triangle is near the John Wilson Buildiing, which is the Washington, D.C. city hall--it houses the headquarters of the District of Columbia government. A post office is also near by.

This is a hard job. Have to walk around all the time. Wait a lot of the time. Have to stand around too stuffy overcrowded rooms listening to blah blah whole speeches. Then standby and get ignored by never answering questions even after buttering up to folks more impressed being at the WH than listening. Does seem to be aping Trump again pointing at people and waving, except for the talking to part. Then to go out again and walk among the yellers. Still kinda risky but at least a little time to smell the roses.
