Heating a pool with Camplux On Demand?!

The pools temp dropped to 75 and that's to cold for me lol, I was going to use my DIY heater but I'm low on propane. I decided to try using the portable hot water on demand system I have for the shower. Seems to be working great so far I'm not sure how long it's going to take to heat up but it flowing 126degree water into the pool. I had considered the shower heater natural gas edition to heat our small pool. With the excdption of clogging was it workable as a cheap solution for heating ?

the biggest issue i've had with this setup is how i'm constantly having to take off and clean the filter on the water inlet because its gets clogged and shuts off the heater when the submersible pump picks up dirt/debris from the pool

I have since switched to solar, I put the shower back on the tub lol

75f/23c is warm. Mine is at 10 degrees c today (50f)and ill be happy if i can get it to 16 with our gas heater LOL. Uk and its rainy weather sigh.

I just bought a 1horsepower 3,332 GPH and the 110,000 BTU camplux. Is my pump going to be too big?

1 BTU will heat 1 lb of water per hour. so if your pool is 6800 gallon x 8.33 = 56644 pounds of water. you will need 56644 BTU to heat pool 1 degree in one hour. a 20 lb propane tank holds 430000 BTU,s so you would burn through the tank in about 7 hours

Fairly well, i mean its not made for it but it made a noticeable difference, my other pool heater works better
