I am a graduates of analytical chemistry and I really like to do R&D for cosmetic product instead of just QA & QC. I am not sure which company should I start working with...and really facing difficulties finding companies that's allow an fresh grad like me to work as a R&D chemist....so I hope you can share your career finding journey as a fresh grad so I can get some suggestions?
