When I started with E-Commerce back in 2015 you've literally been one of the only real sources around. After hundreds of thousands in sales, well over a million in ad spent for clients and helping thousands of people on UA-cam, I can still say that you have one of the best channels!
Glad to help, and awesome to hear my content is standing out! What my videos are lacking in editing finesse I make up for in actionable value :) The course has a 90-day money back guarantee, so feel free to give it a shot. If you don't see massive success, then hit me up and we'll give you a refund immediately. Either way though - get out there and take some action!
Hi Joe, if you did not got it yet, let me tell you I just bought it like 2 weeks ago and I am amazed with all the information, the differences between them and the other courses are the experience Will have doing this, and the tools they give you. It does worth the money. Here is the link to get the E-commerce Empire, use the code LIVE50 and you will get 50% OFF ;) good luck hero.samcart.com/referral/E-Commerce-Empire-Package-Comparison/wnlXjZWDko4eRb8m
Man, i know im more than late for this video but trust me you nailed it you are the boss. Sourcing seems really easy to me now. Thank you for putting your great efforts into it. i wish you could share the templates you mentioned in the video that you are gonna share.
Old video but this was really helpful just 5 min in. The using silence tip is useful. And the 10-20% rule helps w my argument so I can not feel like a jerk stealing from them lol. I feel like a bully sometimes especially when they’re staying up at 2am w me thanking me when I tell them they can go to sleep and let me know tomorrow lol
All sound great except when you said ”NEVER let your supplier win.” it's sound like we exact to practice ”collonialism” lol. I think it's important to keep a good manner to matter. Stay polite and respect them if they already give us their best services. Thank you for the video.
Agreed! Sometimes its worth more in the long run to let your supplier "win" if you can build a trusting and profitable relationship based on quality product.
Wow, this is by far the best negotiation video I have come across. I will surely review that video again once I am ready for that stage for my business.
AWESOME! I learn't a lot from this video, Thanks a lot! I have a small question though, How can I make them custom manufacture a sportswear sample for me based on my own designs and logos? Most of the time they tell me choose from the designs they already have.
Man I really wish I had you to negotiate our product! Great video! I have made so many mistakes! We have been dealing with manufacturers for a year and still don't have a product! So aggravating
Hey bros! I just watched your long video that you posted on January the 7th and you were talking about your The Empire programme. I wonder if it is still available and what is the price. Sorry if you said something about it in this video, I didnt watch it, just found your most recent video and decided to ask my question. Thanks in advance, you have been very helpful for free already) But I want to get into it and buy a programme
It depends on the price of the product. For most people starting out, your 2nd (test) order will typically be $500 - $2,500 (depending on your budget).
Hi, thank you for the video really helpfull. I started to contact with suppliers and their offer's price were very high .Would you recommand on some point of the conversation to tell them my target price that can be low in 40% ? since the prices are really high per peice before the shipping?
You have to define what 'very high' prices are. I recommend my members reach out to 5-20 suppliers and send the exact same email - and then develop your comparison model from that. Then you will know what is low, what is high, and where there is leverage.
I assumed negotiatons would be done through email or the Alibaba messaging feature, but now that I've started contacting suppliers they are all asking for my Skype and WhatsApp number. Are they wanting to video chat??? 😦 What is this about?
Be careful with communications outside provided channels. When you conclude on Skype or WhatsApp, ask same or make sane requests on Ali messenger and wait for agreement. Cause that's gonna b your only back up when shit hits da fan oooo! #besafe
Chinese manufacturers are typically not good at product finishing, for the vast majority of us just ignore it and do it upon taking receipt... More importantly, when you get that great price in CHINA you also run a higher risk of a delayed shipment or non-shipment because money trumps commitment in China so they will be filling more profitable orders first..... Mark Mann M2
I agree Mark, it's a very fine line between being prioritized and price point. I find in my niche some leverage if you can make the process simple and dependable, and the representative is often allergic to getting a fee by the bank or customs, even with an order size that makes that cost seem small, so if I take care of those, there can be slack and priority on the other end.
Yes - this is not that uncommon. Manufacturing is quite capital intensive - you've got to manage and time a lot of things right. Manufacturers go bankrupt all the time - not at all uncommon. You need to see your manufacturer as a partner, not someone to bury in a bad deal (which is I think the exact point I made in the video).
@@StartupBros so what recourse do I have if I have already paid all (in case of a first order) or part of the money (further orders) and they go bankrupt, I just loose everything?...

It's all about you and how you talk and differentiate good businessmen with bad ones. If you know how to talk, you can pass any message you want.

Would it make sense to negotiate your price to the supplier after or before you get your sample?
It's best to negotiate pricing on larger orders BEFORE moving forward with samples. But you can make it work either way.
very helpful, thank you!!!
Thank you so much for this information. Is 100 units a good quantity to ask my supplier for a test order?
It depends on the price of the product. For most people starting out, your 2nd (test) order will typically be $500 - $2,500 (depending on your budget).
Depends on the products if ready in stock,if products is ready ,even 50pcs, supplier also would like to take the order

No, they want to chat with you via text message, its easier and faster than e-mail, or Alibaba message center

you bankrupted a supplier? Come on really
