Sickening thing is, I’m still getting ads on the videos, so they’re profiting either way. The CEOs and higher ups at UA-cam are just so obviously uncaring about the platform. Rich assholes like them though will keep getting richer, and there’s literally nothing, it seems, that we can do about it.

Aye, sorry to repost but my comment isn't showing on my screen. I know some ways that can get your channel monetization back. It's something to think about btw. It won't get you deleted n all, not a "method" its legal stuff that doesn't from my knowledge cost you a buck. One of it is joining a network) that help remove strikes and stuff UA-cam does to your channel and other is similar but owned/supported by PenguinZ0 aka Charlie.
Update: It's called a "Network" I believe. It's a legal agreement but I might be able to help you find one that doesn't ask for your profit or a cut of it.
That sounds too good to be true. He probably has to pull a certain amount of views every week or something; or pay a monthly fee. Or else it’s charity for potential big money makers. Which doesn’t make sense.

I'm sorry to still hear that you can't be monitized, but as long as you have a plan and can get back onto the route of being paid, then all is well.
I will be brutally honest right now, UA-cam sucks and all the owners should probably look back once in a while but of course they have some bot running the website and don't care of what other people think, as long as they get their money then they're happy. The community is what matters, and right now, the UA-cam community will be a shattered community. Who am I kidding it already is.
A shattered community, and if UA-cam were to give it a description, it would be: "Ruined by an unknown hatred." as they wouldn't know where the hatred arose from as they have become easily blinded by a simple money making scheme. Old UA-cam was better, Old UA-cam actually had real people monitor videos and understand what went wrong, and I will take their side in saying that the videos ploaded would take too long to monitor and a bot could get through it in a second, I see their reasoning behind that... but really now, I'm just unsure of the future.

Honestly this is only like 20% on you, the rest is on UA-cam. Yeah, you definitely shouldn’t have deleted the video before UA-cam could review it, but UA-cam is extremely unpredictable and you could make the argument that skipping an appeal and just deleting the video would be the smart thing to do.
tbh, whenever youtube changes their tos every single video in the past just gets wiped because apperantely old videos still count towards tos now technically 9/11 animation jokes are not funny but even then its an video otherwise its because different employees every month or year snoop around uploads
i mean if your looking to make money from your content then you might just wanna start streaming
