As always, very helpful video, thank you. Just an observation, usual workflow is to set up a Team, Channel and so on. As part of this a Task list by Planner. Therefore adding a task list in loop tends to be stand-alone and mess, oh and confusing. I have seen videos where pre-existing Tasks by Planner has been added in to a Loop page/workspace but for the life of me, I am unable to add these to our Loop workspace or page. Any thought son this please?
Hi I agree. There are many apps - but all of them fall short in some way or the other. In my comparison video (ua-cam.com/video/ViWJIzMPQZg/v-deo.html), I concluded that MS Project Online is the best option. I am still working on the MS Project video. Coming soon. To Do is a task aggregator app. It receives tasks from Outlook, Planner, Loop Tasks (and in future from MS Project). Planner is practically unusable because anyone can delete any task without any trace. Some traceability is being introduced as a part of Audit search. But on the ground, it is still unacceptable that anyone can change anything. Loop tasks are great when used with Emails, Word, Teams - Chat and Meetings. However, loop tasks have two shortcomings: 1. Not available in Channels 2. No way to consolidate multiple Loop Task components Here is what I recommend. 1. My work - Outlook Tasks and To Do 2. Group chat - Loop Tasks 3. Projects - Teams Channels - Add loop workspace page 4. Meetings - Loop Tasks Cheers, Doc.
Pls suggest some online cloud app which will backup office 365 emails automatically on realtime basis, and also have a inbuilt preview option, rather than restoring & downloading pst file
Hi @cadndokania6485 Use simple forwarding rule. Outlook itself will forward mails to wherever you want.
