As always, you help with a great video, thankyou. One query I got from your video is that I learned from you where workspaces live, but do components created with Workspace live with the Workspace in Sharepoint or are these put in OneDrive. I can see this getting messy. :0)
Well, whether it is SharePoint or OneDrive, internally and technically, it is all SharePoint. The same governance, labelling, information protection, eDiscovery and auditing applies either way. From an individual user point of view, .LOOP files will get scattered within OneDrive. However, the OneDrive Search feature does allow us to filter on Loop components. Loop components are designed to be a container independent co-authoring elements. So scattering is expected. It is better than random mail trails and unstructured chats.
Thank you for the overview and yes, please do a deep dive on workspaces. Also when setting up workspaces, is there an option to choose who the workspace is shared with (similar to a component in Teams), like All in the organization (default I think) or by choosing who it is made available to? Please elaborate on SharePoint vs OneDrive storage location. And definitely walk through integration with OneNote. Again, thank you. You are appreciated!

Thank you Sir for videos. Really a big fan. The issue with Loop which I run into is two things. A. When we take notes in a team meeting inside loop, the automatic default storing space cannot be configured based on the meeting b. it doesnt have a native integration with One note by which i can consolidate easily the two apps. For example, the meeting attendance feature of one note is something loop can automatically add.
Teams meeting Loop (Agenda, Notes and Action Items), are stored in the OneDrive of the organizer. OneNote should be used for personal notes about the meeting. Loop should be used for shared notes. Meeting attendance feature of OneNote is just a convenience. As you already know, the attendance data is kept by Teams and is available as attendance report.

Thank you so much for your response. however, I have multiple loop components in the workspace and I want to get the summary of tasks across different loops within a workspace. If owner of the loop workspace leaves the company, can IT transfer ownership? Where exactly on admin center can we manage loop workspaces?
