      I came here to learn how to do a retwist with the two strand twists better because my man’s hair kept unraveling too! This is my first time ever doing a retwist and also my first Time styling it but I wanted to learn so I could do his hair and he wouldn’t have to go get it done so I’m definitely an open book when it comes to wanting to learn and do things right and make it look good! Thank you for this video I just did one of his two strand twists over bc like I said it kept unraveling and now I’m about to do his whole head over again 😂 😊

    You should try turtle berry jam with spirits it holds the style way longer but sad to say nobody ever makes this gel to sell only for personal use plus turtle berry jel grows your hair plus its natural

    I wonder is there a difference between retwisting it all first, letting it dry THEN two strand twisting?
    Versus two strand twisting it as you retwist??
    I'm trying to figure out if one is better than the other 🤔

    Thank you for being honest about washing and conditioning the dreadlocks. I have a lot of dirt, product build up and lint in my hair. I was wondering how you would remove all of this dirt and lint from your hair? your clients hair look so nice and clean I know you're in the United States I'm in Canada are you in Buffalo?
    I have used apple cider vinegar and banking soda and a lot of product buildup was removed however they were lots of lint built up I don't know how to solve that issue?
    Thanks you for any simple maintenance advice for healthy strong dreadlocks.

    Hi, I am finally about to start my loc journey but I don’t know how to start! Should I do coils or two strands. I know I love the distressed type look!

    • @demontiming3234
      @demontiming3234 2 роки тому

      Well it really just depends on how you want it to look. You can eventually get them to look the same once loc’d no matter which one you get so it really just depends on how you want them to look starting out. If you get twists to start, you can either keep the two strands in and let those loc up or do a twist out and let those be how you start out. Me personally I prefer coils which is how I started mine because I really liked the way they looked when I first got them and I maintain my own locs so I do little maintenance consistently so I can preserve the starter locs look but that’s just me.
      So yeah it just depends on what you want, from my experience.

    • @starmp1133
      @starmp1133 Рік тому

      Hey friend I literally got mine done last night I decided on two strand so if I change my mind it’ll be easier to untwist as opposed to combing out the coil locs and you can never go wrong with a twist out! I’m so in awe of them and am excited to see my growth journey
