When I was recommended to watch this reaction of yours yesterday evening, I had no idea.
I am truly sorry what happened to you and it broke my heart and soul. Even tho there are monsters in this world there are also great people like that lady who helped you and this is what makes me think that even the horrors we have been through there might be some positivity in the end because the nice and helpful people around us.
I am so proud of you for sharing this. It must have been really hard and I wish I could do the same about my abusers and manipulators but I am too scared, well for now.

Beautiful and strong lady. I also am a domestic violence survivor. For all the lucky people that have never been in a similar situation, the act of leaving can almost be as terrifying as staying. If not more so. At least, and this is a sad statement, when you are with them you know where they are, their frame of mind and you can somewhat prepare for whats coming. After you leave most of them will terrorize you, hunt you and for a long time have you in a constant state of fear. You left. They will either move on to their next victim or find you and make the next encounter the worst. After several years of basically being in hiding I found a job where I was able to funnel my experiences to help others. I became a 911 dispatcher. True to this beautiful work of art by Ren, after decades of doing my job I see/hear first hand the effects of generational violence. This is such an important performance, my hope is that abusers who watch this see how disgusting people think they are and for the victims through stories from survivors, see that you can get out. The tales rang so true and spot on that after hearing them I needed to know more about Ren. After a reactor does the tales, I always recommend watching the one million subscribers video. It shows you who Ren is as a person and I certainty needed that. Much love to you, from a new subscriber.

The best thing about Ren is his ability to evoke emotions and allow us to feel okay sharing those emotions. I remember the first time I heard The Tales; during the a capella part I panicked and wanted to jump in and get between Violet and Stevie, semi-realizing it's just a music video, I sat back down, but still couldn't get rid of the feeling that I needed to call 911. I don't know if you listened to "Hi Ren" yet but like these tale, his performances often touch people and give them the ability to open up or seek support. I guess your cat heard the distress in your voice and came to support you. That's one thing great about pet pals, they love you no matter what and are there to help you. It's too bad the courts often plead cases out without concern for the victims. I hope you are well hidden from him now. But don't count on that, I am afraid to say as he sounds relentless in trying find. So in few years, when he's out, always be aware of situation and surroundings.

Seeing how brave you were while facing mortal danger. You didn't get paralyzed with fear, you cower and give up, you did everything you could to protect yourself and your baby and you survived. That's what heroes do! I know, it probably sounds silly to you, but you are a hero. You saved your unborn son's life when they're at their most vulnerable. There's not enough praise and respect that could be given to you. People look up to celebrities and athletes but I don't. It's amazing human beings like you who show the true spirit of what it means to be human. It's not money, power and material things, it's love. A love so strong and true that you'll risk your own life to protect one that hasn't even been born yet!!
And because of heroes like you it's given me courage as a man to speak about my truth and trauma. As an 8 year old boy I was violently sexually assaulted while in Disney World of all places. It happened in the restaurant Cinderellasl's Round Table. It's upstairs in Cinderellasl's Castle and some guy followed my brother and I into the bathroom and locked the door. My brother was 4 and he went into the stall and closed the door. I didn't know anything was wrong until he snatched me away from the urinal and my nightmare began. Sparing the details, when he was done using me he tried to open the door to the stall where my little brother was but I wasn't going to let him. I'm not a tough guy and didn't fight him. But kept getting around him and infront of the door so much so that he got angry, really angry and took it out on me. The second assault left me to where I would never able to have children. Thankfully I blacked out almost immediately and don't remember anything nor feeling pain.
Next thing I remember is hearing someone yelling to call to police and get help. The man and ran out the bathroom and some teenager came in to take a leak and found me unconscious on the floor with my younger brother trying to wake me up.
Want to hear the best part? Since this was 1984 Disney had their own police department basically and for DECADES never publicly reported any sexual assaults or molestations to the press. The media never asked and Disney never reported it. And for decades they allowed pedophiles to work there and get away with their crimes such as in my case the man was an employee. He was a cook in the restaurant you worked there for 15 years he was arrested for a regular assault was given probation and continue to work at Disney for another 10 years. And what did I get out of it?Besides a lifetime of trauma and PTSD and irreparable damage to my body... an apology from Disney $1000 in cash and a free pass to come back to Disney World whenever I wanted! my parents couldn’t sue because the man was only arrested for misdemeanor assault no sex crime was investigated. THANKS DISNEY!
I did return to Disney, when I was 18. Me and one of my best friends went down there to find the animal that attacked me. We both had multiple sharp weapons on us that we snuck in and waited for Richard. For 4 days straight we went to that restaurant and hung around for hours. I finally asked our server where he was and she said he just retired about a month earlier. she said she didn’t know where he lived so we went home disappointed.
But back then, I was a very angry teenager. I wasn’t getting help. I wasn’t in therapy so I was getting into a lot of trouble until I finally asked for help. so since 1994 I’ve been in and out of therapy.
And that's My story and my truth. So for me out there who read this, you don’t have to be afraid or embarrassed to speak about what’s hurting you. getting help doesn’t make you a weak man. It makes you a better and stronger man because then you won't take out your pain and trauma on the ones you love.
Wow… I hate that you carry this truth, but I so appreciate the work you have done to be able to speak it. I hope your healing has lead to beauty and joy, and that your speaking out can help someone else. My heart just dropped as I read that… thank you for sharing it. 🫶🫂

What a brave, brave soul. I was not expecting to hear your terrifying story. My heart goes out to you for your immense bravery at sharing this with everyone. Thank the Lord, you managed to end your abusive relationship, literally in the nick of time. I pray that your son lives a truly fulfilling life and I am sure you will always be his protector. I cried for over an hour and refused to watch the others for about a month.
I was just too emotional. It touched a place within that I never wanted to go to again.
