This is without any doubt the best place I have ever stayed in Japan. The Hoshinoya Tokyo is the reinvention of the traditional ryokan culture in the middle of the mega city Tokyo. I was given the unique opportunity to film my stay at this magical place, that unites Japan’s best elements: tradition, architecture, elegance, simplicity, hospitality and great food.

I stayed here during the pandemic. It was amazing. I’ll never forget it.
Stayed here during my stay during the world cup pool play and was stuck there for a night thanks to Typhoon Hagibis. I still wish I had that fantastic zen soundtrack from the hallway/tea rooms. So relaxing.

I had the pleasure to stay there earlier this year. It's truly one of the nicest hotel in Tokyo. Very traditional in a good way. Love the rooftop onsen.

Danke für die Antwort! Ja das ist klar, dass man damit nichts verdient, aber für die Promo sollte wenigstens Kost und Logie sein... Jedenfalls gespannt auf die weitere Ryokan Serie... ( es gibt ja mehr als genügend solcher grandiose Gaststätten, wie du ja wahrscheinlich auch bei unserem Kanal gesehen hast ;-) )
