Oh god, so that's why I can't find the track lol. Being trying to find the right track layout, frustrating, then I saw your comment. You saved me a lot of trouble lol.
SAME!!! Just tonight. Black flag after black flag for "unsafe pit exit". I had THREE friends trying to figure out what I was doing wrong! Eventually, I just figured it out on my own. They really screwed this up. They could easily make it much more clear!
Just had a banger of a race around oulton park and fought my way back to a win after dropping from pole down to third. Oulton and Oran back to back is my favourite combo in the Mx-5s. So technical and hard to overtake but it rewards patience. Great video as always Dave!
Got three wins tonight on this track and got promoted out of rookie because of this video so thank you very much! Legend! On a side note I just can’t make first gear in the first and last turns work, makes me over rotate and almost lose it every time
Used to have to same problem. All my laps were 38 seconds and over. The trick is to be real light with the throttle as the track has a lot of elevation changes making it slightly more trickier with the traction. My fastest is a 46.485 but I’m nowhere close to some of the guys lapping early 45s 😂
Man first time trying iracing I was lost coming out of the pits and ended up on the bridge. Thanks!! Lol

a year late, but i did exactly the same thing this week lol
The first race I did on iRacing was Mazdas on Oran South. It took me forever to figure out where the hell I was supposed to go on pit exit.

Thanks Dave, great track guide as always and took a second off my time. Was high 48s and after watching this I was into 47s after a couple of laps 👍
Nice work!

I wanted to make the jump to the Ferrari league this week, but I can’t stay on track so I’ll m crawling back into the Mazda.
Had the best battle yet on this track yesterday.
Wish I saw this first 😆
Love this track. Was in the 48s, then 47s, now I can eke out 46s. Where's the race video? Young Dave gonna have a crack at it or what?
Dave's treated himself to a well earned holiday this week - and didn't take his rig on the plane!
@@TraxionGG ahh good to know, now I know not to constantly check
First time for first. Deffo not my favorite track, but I guess we have to drive on what the racing Gods give us...
I basically already figured all this out on my own but my best time is like 38.5
How this guy so damn fast? I can't find the extra 2 seconds!

did dave not have any good races this week? I havent seen the race video yet! lol
Dave has been on a well earned holiday, so no race video yet this week. We'll be back next week with one.
I see untimely rejoins to the circuit resulting in me being punted in the near future
I hate this track…. I HATE IT I I I.
