Hi Olga, Nice to see you again! I was using the 7 skins method in the past and worked well. However, few years ago I started Differin to sort out my spots and it has completely transformed my skin, which is now incredibly smooth and glowy. No more without retinoids! I simplified my routine a lot, I only use cleansers and one moisturiser with vaseline on top, not really missing all those serums to layer up.

I have a couple of questions... 1. Is the oil cleanser necessary if one does not wear makeup? 2. Should skincare be combined with cosmetic/dermatological procedures after a certain age or you can just purchase products that are meant for more mature skin? Lovely to have you back ❤
Hi, to answer your 1st question, the cleansing oil is a game changer whether or not you wear makeup that day. Even without makeup your skin produces sebum and other oil based residue which can be effectively cleaned with the oil followed by the water cleanser. I use oil at least 1ce a day even on days I don't wear makeup, it prevents blackheads to build up. And it enables to do effective face massage :) for your 2nd question I think it's a personal choice rather than should kind of question. So far I haven't had a need to have any dermatological procedures but I know some are good and beneficial even to start in your 30s. I can tell you my opinion - when and if cosmetics stop providing me with results I want I'll start looking at the procedures, before I don't see the need ;) Mind you Korean based skincare is very powerful and one of the best investments we can do is not to expose your face to UV rays and always wear a high SPF. Thats the root cause of most skin ageing signs.

Have you tried Kikumasamune High Moist Sake Lotion? If you have, how would you compare it to Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Lotion? Also, I can't afford SK-II yet but I was interested in trying your mentioned combo of Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Lotion and Sidmool Idebenone. Would it be better if I get these two or get the SK-II instead? I'm sorry for all the questions but I hope to get a reply! Thank you!
