I have watched a number of Donna's videos and would give her a top rating in giving complete easy to follow instructions from patterns, preparations, ironing, cutting, placing fabrics for easily sewing. In rating of 1 to 5, absolutely a Five
This is a real treat getting the kit. You basically just have to cut and sew...it really is very nice and will be easy to sew...thanks Donna for showing us how nice the kit is.
Donna, thank you, thank you for showing that wonderful tip with the painter's tape!! That is what I love about your tutorials you show great tips that make sewing so much easier! I am thankful to have found your videos and look forward to making a purchase from your store!
Nothing intimidates you! I would have been biting my nails at all the pieces to this quilt. I absolutely love the outcome. It's so pretty! Thank you for another great tutorial. ♥
Hi Donna and Matt. Love It! Compliments to your camera man. He gets right in for close ups that add to the instructions. Excellent presentation as usual. Thanks for your time and expertise.
Woke up early and watched your video. Couldn't believe what I saw. I have been looking for this barn pattern everywhere. Of course I placed my order, Can wait to make it. Thank you.
This is my next quilt. I bought the pattern from you and I’m using my own fabrics. I’m putting a horse panel in the middle of it and miscellaneous horse blocks (large) alternating with these barn blocks. I’m making it king size ! It’s going to take a little while ! *grin*
I want to thank you and Matt for all the hard work you all do in making these tutorials for all of us to enjoy. I know it involves a lot of time and hard work. It is always a such pleasure to watch your tutorials, they are so well done. I wish for you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Your loyal N Texas fan. B Terrell
I haven't even watched the video, but, I know I am buying this kit with any Christmas Money Gifts, that I might receive. {{ Family - Wink, Wink. }} This would definitely cross this quilt off my Quilt Bucket list of 1000 to 999 more to go.
Love this quilt/wallhanging. It would look so good in a child's room. It may be a little late in the year but would love to see you design and stitch up a Christmas Tree skirt. Keep up the wonderful tutorials, you all are so talented.
The kit for the Barns pattern/materials is NOT available. Says it doesn't "exist." If kit unavailable, what about the pattern by itself? It is so cute. Your instructions so clear! Thank you, Donna.
My first thought ! My mind went to some fabrics I have with grass, foliage, cows, chickens . Maybe even the sky, bird, dog and cat pieces. Or, just plain if those are too busy.
Ms Donna, you have become my favorite quilter. I need your advice. At 65, retired, on a very fixed income being 100% disabled, how do you get to quilt when prices are quite high? Is there a lay-a-way possibility? I love to quilt but rarely do I have the chance to quilt some of your beautiful quilts. Maybe I should ask why is it so expensive to make such wonderful quilts. I guess I will continue just watching all of you quilters having so much fun. Again, you are great. Your instructions are simple to follow. Maybe one day......😊😊 Thank you. Mary K.
Susan, thank you so much for you help and information. As I said I'm old, have been tying also, once in a while machine quilting, started really quilting in GTMO. The ladies were really into it. I even worked a quilt shop were my earnings went right back into the store.😊 I watch the Missouri Quilt Company, Sewsoeasy, and Jordon. I can make most of the patterns, but get a little upset when I would like to use fabrics they are using, they are beautiful. I have been able to work with Shabby Frabrics on a month to month on their kits but they tend to be really into applique. Also smaller items. Quilts on Block of the Month range from 150 to 200 and that is not with backing or machine quilting. I was just wishing they would answer some of my questions. Your help was tremendous and will take all to heart. Thank you so much. PS just finished making teachers gifts. No sew ornament balls. They turned out well, did a couple of x-mas trees also. Nice to meet you, Marry Christmas and Happy New Year. Mary K.
I love your videos. I learn so much from them. Thank you! I have seen the Storm at Sea block. I would like you to do a video of it sometime. Thank you.

Too cute! I think I would put sashing strips in between and a larger border...the barns look too squished to me.
My first thought ! My mind went to some fabrics I have with grass, foliage, cows, chickens . Maybe even the sky, bird, dog and cat pieces. Or, just plain if those are too busy.
I added sashing to mine . it looks like straw
