I started using beer to replace water, in my cooking. Make things so much more flavorful. Gumbos, Stews, and on meats ect. Even in my Salsas and Picante sauces YUM
Ooooooowee Louis!...mane you 'ROCKIN' those Country Style Ribs. Cheers!
Thank you for watching. One of my favorites are country style ribs and very affordable
Wor-Chester-shire. You can do it! This is the recipe I’m using tonight. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for watching. I think I will always struggle with certain words. Hope you liked the recipe
Those ribs look awesome. I haven't smoked country style ribs in years. Now I have to go buy some.
Thank you for watching- they were delicious
Looks good Lou!
Thank you for watching- these were very delicious
Awesome cook......I’ve got to try those on my Pitts & Spits 1250....they looked delicious!!!!
Thank you for watching. They were delicious. I would probably pull them sooner like at 180 internal and let rest for a 1/2 hour under foil
Whoosh ta shir sauce.. I'm from Worcester.. So I know 😎
Awesome videos by R Shack! I just ordered a RT 700 and can’t wait to follow a few of your videos, especially that brisket! Vicksburg, Mississippi checkin in. Grill on!!
Thank you for watching. I hope you enjoy using your RT 700 as much as I do. I know a lot of people have negative thoughts about pellet grilling but it is wood and smoke and oh so convenient
Thanks Louis. I got my RT and grilled my first slab of ribs and whole chicken. Plenty of smoke flavor and great ring. It does an excellent job and I’m very pleased.
W sauce! 🤣 I really don't think anyone knows exactly how to pronounce that word. LOL Great looking ribs buddy!👍
Thank you for watching. These were very delicious. I even have trouble spelling the W sauce.. lol
Love your cooking channel Louis, great information and no nonsense. I’ll be purchasing my Rec Tec soon. Can’t wait to your cooks here in Eugene OR.
Thank you for watching and the nice comment. I am sure you will love your Rec Teq. Have you gone to Bill n Tim’s bbq there in Eugene? We visited it about 4 years ago.
@@LouisatRshackBBQ yes we have been to Bill and Tim’s if you ever get back to Eugene we would love to meet up and enjoy some good BBQ.
Thank you, gonna try this on the 700 real soon!
Thank you for watching- let me know what you think of them
Looks delicious Louis. I’m on my way over lol. I’ll have to try those pellets I haven’t seen them before. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for watching, I picked them up at the Wal-marts after hearing that Rec Teq is offering them on their site. These Country ribs were delicious
Beautiful looking Ribs Louis. I like your Rec Tec cooks. I want to try those but I'm going to experiment with braising in 12qt camp oven. I'm curios with your catering trailer what will be on menu. Will this be once a week, rolling restaurant special occasions? Around here Someone around here advertises he'll be in some parking lot on a given day and developed loyal following. Well the Season will be in full swing shortly.
Thank you for watching. let me know how that works in the camp oven. as far as the trailer goes- we are looking to have a small 6 item menu to start out and then add a daily special item as a test to see how well it sells. The big issue I am having is every government office has their own set of rules and fees - all the way down to the city level -so working out all the logistics is takeing some time.
What if I don't have apple cider vinegar? Can I use white distilled or omit it all together?
Thank you for watching. Water will work or citrus juices will work - even Coca Cola. I would not go without some kind of liquid.
@@LouisatRshackBBQ I used white distilled vinegar in place of the apple cider vinegar and apparently it worked... They were delicious on my recteq bullseye smoker om nom nom
