@@ChefBillyParisi totally underrated. You can still find good sales on them too, like $.99 a lb !! I've even used them in shish kebabs and they're wonderful in the Indian dish, pork vindaloo. Yum!
I don’t have a smoker. But I did just buy country style ribs yesterday. Wasn’t feeling great past couple days but those, a baked potato and a salad. Maybe tomorrow!

Love these ribs! I’m making them later today for dinner, along with homemade baked beans, au gratin potatoes, sweet cornbread muffins, and sweet tea.

I have cooked with these type of ribs many times. I get them from the butcher shop.
Country style ribs are some of my faves. I've never done a rub on them. 😳 I know. But, you know I gotta try your rub recipe. 😁
