I have a young one, which was feeding on fruit flies , when it shed I reside small crickets, which it ate. Now it’s gone off crickets and won’t touch them. Blue and green bottles are not available here in Thailand. Any common alternatives to flies that they’ll eat? Or are they repair just fly-eaters like Idolomantis?
Bloody hell, well done. First video I've seen on here about Deroplatys that has got it right...
Thanks for this
Great video mate... You really would struggle to see one of these in a leafy enclosure... Like how you handle them ❤️
She is getting close to the end now sadly.
Another awesome video dude, love how descriptive the names are of them 😂
I have to use Google translate, scientific names are such a bore for me however I have to try my best to be professional 😂😂
Great video, man. I find that green bottles and blue bottles go down better than other foods, mine prefer green.
Yeah I will be doing a video on pooting systems soon for flies.
Keep it up amazing
Thanks

Depending on how old your mantis is, for i5 or i6, small roaches will do as well such as Dubia roaches
Just got my first mantis today and its a dead leaf
Fantastic, hope all goes well and I am sure it won't be your first 😀
would you suggest these as a first mantis ????
No, I would recommend A ghost mantis, giant asian or a budwing for a new keeper.
@@TheMantisMan already kept a mantis might try a dlm :)
@@stykexel7511 they are fantastic, I do prefer this species in the dead leaf family, just the colours and marking we're so striking.
0:00 what is that species? 😂😂😂
