I had the same thing with all my old dnd and heroquest Undead.
I was digging through my old Necromancers and I have about 14-20 different Necromancers.
A Deth Wizards shirt would be great. The title is great.
What you could easily do with collections of models for "Reign in Hell" and "Deth Wizards": play them in the other game.
Your Daemons attacking a village, overcoming "heroes" and whatnot? Go nuts.
Undead warbands of truly different origins clubbing it out between each other? Hell yeah! (pun intended)

Hey Vince and Uncle Atom, I missed the stream but what is something you don't like about this game or something you would like to change moving into the next game system?
There isn’t really anything I don’t like. That being said, I certainly wish we could have fit in even more ideas. This was one of the most fun games we’ve done to work on and I still have a ton of ideas.
I missed this stream because of family holiday stuff, but I already have my order in, have been going over the PDF, and have, inexplicably, decided that, rather than using models I already have, I'm building a full board and getting a bunch of new minis 3-D printed to do Deth Wizards but samurai.
It's going to be epic!
I'm REALLY enticed to try DW but set in Innistrad and with Vampire the Masquerade RP flavor to taste. I really love how flexible the structure is with this game - zombies got so overplayed in the early 2000's; i was always more of a Jason and the Argonauts (skeleton horde) kind of guy.
Already printed and bound my copy locally in Australia. Already dug out all of my Heroquest Undead, all my dnd Necromancers, and a selection of heroes. So I will be setting aside the recommended list of heroes as well and throwing together a war reaper and a Spirit Summoner then test bed them both.
Bought it as soon as I could. I'm a board gamer primarily that loves, LOVES the mini agnostic games you come out with. Just an awesome way to play with these toys and the rules are so great to pick up and play. Thank you for making me take out Zombicide again!

These ads are ridiculous. One every 5-7 minutes. They keep cutting the guys off mid sentence.😓
Thank you for raising this. I specifically turned off the mid roll ads, but I guess UA-cam changed my decision. I have fixed it now and deleted the extra ads. My apologies.
1:10:35 it sounds like we're all waiting for the first and second expansions: "On Lycanthropy and Deth" and "Monarchs of Deth: Monstrous Horrors"
Finally was able to catch up while mowing rhe lawn. Personally, I prefer hardcovers. I feel they look better on the shelf and wear better. For "revised/reprint" versions of games, maybe instead of just straight revsising it, why not make a sort of expansion? Release the expansion (with just the revisions to the base) as a soft cover/pdf, and then a single hardcover that's a combo of full base with revisions + expansion? Old customers aren't left out and can up-purchase to hardcover if they love it.
I may or may not have installed Dungeon Keeper again over all this. Does it make me get models on the table faster? No?

Can I get some clarification on the banshee. When attacking all enemies within 3" of itself does it do full attacks per enemy, up to it's offense (7) spread between them or just one per?
It makes a normal attack (7 dice) rolling once against each enemy in range. (So once per target) against their resist.
It may be lame, but I'm using the story mode to create a background story for my undead band in Warcry. Head canon; this is based is Shyish and I'm using the same models 😅

Super stoked to play this. Got my brother to try it out with me too soon. Already have a huge Soulblight collection painted and ready to go. Just need to paint some villagers and maybe some warriors and I should be able to get some games going soon.

Does the necromancer base size follow along the same sizes as the undead minions? Rulebook as fair as I can tell only mentions minions base sizes.
Generally a little more room, as its one base, so like 25-50mm would be fine
Are all the stats for "foot" models? Doe
s it make a difference if they are instead mounted? Will there we rules for mounted models? Also, since you have made a game called "reign in hell", if you do not make another one called "serve in heaven" then Milton's ghost will visit you on New Year's Eve :P
Everything is foot model, but you could just run them mounted, generally not an issue as long as they're on the base size.

all inspired to buy the physical book and its $32 USD postage to New Zealand (so nearly twice the cost of hte book). so i may just have to settle for the PDF, unless friends of mine want a copy as well (and its not 32 postage per book).
Bought the game and the cards. I’m very excited to play. Will you be doing a necromancer building video and a post game video? Was unclear if the two extra stat points for after choosing the main stat block was optional or part of it.

Powerful vampires are shape shifters and can transform into dire wolves and giant bats among other things. Just saying 😉
Might finally play a game with my cursed city miniatures. Do base sizes matter?
Within reason, it’s not exact, we recommend 25-32mm miniatures for most miniatures, but of course, the game won’t break if you have some larger bases here and there.

33:03 Not sure I'm 100% right on this but if I had to sell this to a casual board gamer I'd say this is like non-linear Sorry! with undead minions for pawns and no defined paths; role playing optional, and you can paint/customize the pawns.

I've been sitting on an undead mammoth and been looking for a reason to get around to painting it, is that going to be way too big for a monster? I can't see anything on the website about the size of the monsters.
You could probably run it as a zombie giant or flesh golem.
Depends how big that is, our large monsters, giant skeletons, giant zombies and flesh golems are all on 50-60mm bases. You could go a little bigger without challenge, so it’s about how big that fig is.

Maybe it's a bit big. Oh well, I'll find motivation to paint it another day lol
