30:30 I have done that with my older brother who pass away back in 2017. One of the hardest things I ever did was went to his apartment where he died in. Clean up and got all of his stuff out. He wasn’t in the best place in life but he was starting to change his life which make it harder. Because I wanted to see him be successful because he always had failed. I never got to see him be something and it hurt me to this day.

Hey Randy, I get your heartfelt remembrance of your beloved uncle. Vehicles can become milestones for different times of our life. I remember buying a 84 Coupe Deville with the dreaded 4.1 L months after my dad died in June 2001 as he owned a 79 Coupe Deville I used to joyride in prior to my 16th birthday many, many years ago. Anyway, that Lesabre may be a good first vehicle for Nick. They are virtually indestructible!! Happy Memorial Day. Joe

You are right Randy, going through someones life and getting rid of things is VERY hard...
My wife of 28 years passed away from cancer on August 24th 2022 at the age of 57.
She had a very large collection of antiques, and some very high end fishing gear, as well
as some very nice firearms and bows. Camping, hunting and fishing was our life.
Anyway, it took me over a year before I could start going through things and so far I have
only been able to get rid of probably 20% of her belongings....
Now my mom is going through the same thing because my dad passed away July 13th
of last year. She hasn't been able to even start going through his things yet, and I feel bad
for her because I know how hard it is going to be.

Was my first car when I was 17; paid 3k for it in 08. 3 years later the trans went out and it was 2k to fix so I junked it. I then got a 00 Grand Marquis LS and have only had Panthers since [RIP Maurauder] but I would kill to buy another 92 Ultra like my old one.

I'm pretty new to your channell,, mostly watched pizza car stuff, over the last couple of weeks. Just subscribed today when you surprised us all with the uncle/mom story, the "an ex had that car" comment and stuff like that.
I bought a 1992 Saturn SL2 new. 5 speed, leather, seat heaters, sunroof. Wife mostly drove it, and got it plus a nanny car in our divorce later that year. I got the 85 Merkur Xr4Ti, 89 Suburban, and 89 Mercury Topaz AWD (which was really a pushbutton activated 4WD as if a center diff was locked). If you ever run a cross an AWD Tempo/Topaz from that era, bear in mind that the gas tank was unique and now cannot be found. So, fill the gas tank and it it doesn't leak, you've hit the jackpot. If it leaks, you'll never find a replacement. You'd need to have a custom tank fabricated. It's why none of the cars are on the road now.
The SL2 was surprisingly aerodynamic, got surprisingly good mpg (averaged 32-35mpg, but getting a bit better was easy), handled surprisingly well, and was quiet and smooth enough that before you knew it, you could be going 80 when you thought you were doing 65. When my ex got something else, it became a nanny car. Not sure what eventually became of it, but it was a very nice car. Not nearly the power or exactly the handling of the Merkur, but it cost a lot less and was almost as nice.

The LeSabre is a great car, my 2001 has 335,000 on it, it indicates 130 oil pressure because the oil pressure switch is bad, they also leak quite severely, this is an easy fix for about 50 bucks for the part, i would love to bid on it but I'm in New Jersey, they are easy to work on and reliable, i bought mine ten years ago and it never leftme stranded not once, the battery lasts super long because of it's position, mine is eight years old and even in the coldest weather it starts just fine.

The only car I wish I would have just kept and restored was my old Mercury Grand Marquis. That was a good running car it had a lot of miles but it still ran and drove.

Ranfy I like watching old car resurrections. Something about taking something someone threw away and bringing it back. I love the Lacrosse, I bought my 2016 2 yrs ago with only 68K on it now all the way up to 79K lol. It's your channel, run it how you want and ignore the naysayers They just trying to get under your skin and when you respond negitively to them they just chuckling, so try to let it bounce off you.
Have a great vacation man !
