By the time its time for sleep on your first day, you should have your location chosen, your housing tent, an npc housing tent, a workbench, a research table, and some camp storage. You need to maximize your efforts prior to first snow and you are given plenty of time to do these. 😊

Nice man good to see this series. Gonna like to see your base setup and how you go about liberating Hearndean. Im not sure if its a numbers game or what but ive had 12 soldiers and still got waxed doing it.
Had the same issue with Netterby, youll still be able to get him later.

Is this episode one of a series?
Are the stats of the people you can hire random or the same each game? I can already see myself mapping out the stats of each person, I know the renown cost for each person increases with each person you recruit already, would be curious to see if their stats are affected as well
They are random I'm afraid, they change every time
Some characters are guaranteed tho. For example, the weaver in Farnworth you can get early. I think the stats randomize slightly each game, though I think a lot of this is due to traits being random?
Why can’t we change skin tones in the game 😭😭😭😭
The character creation on the game is very bad, hope they will fix this going forward
