I am recovering from Anxiety after 8 months of hell. I stopped going to church within the past 4 years and I thought I had control of my life. But then I had a irrational fear of death even though through many tests I was found perfectly healthy in every way. But I kept thinking negative thoughts like cancer, tumors, heart issues, death, family, and anxiety over anxiety. The anxiety was so bad I went to the hospital, lost sleep, had very bad migraines, and failed some classes in college. I went through hell but looking back I am happy that I went through those 8 months of hell because it brought me closer to God. I am a lot more happy now and its going away pretty quickly. This helped me out so much Philippians 4:6-7: Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Oh my ! This is exactly what I went through back in 2014! I convinced myself I was dying of cancer and went to doctors for nothing, failed school, hardly got out of bed. What a year of hell, anguish and suffering. I got closer to God after that ordeal, that's for sure. He delivered me too.

I can leave my room, I can sing and praise the Lord. I can eat without thinking I'll get a heart attack and I can hug my mom and nieces without thinking I will hurt them. It's all thanks to Jesus Christ. I could be under a lot of medication right now but I said no. I don't need to be controlled by pills, I gave it to Christ. The devil is a liar brothers and sisters, Jesus gave us authority to rebuke. DEVIL YOU DON'T HAVE A HOME HERE. Jesus promised he will be with us until the end of times. We are not alone. Pray, and give it to Jesus.
I struggled afterwards with some determination after I posted that comment but now I am free! I don't have the cloud anymore that fogged my life and I am so happy! I feel like a new person! Jesus does heal and it happened on Christmas day. My grandparents saw me crying from having a major panic attack at a hospital. I was crying when I got out from still struggling with this issue. Becuase I tried so hard to get rid of this feeling of anxiety, depression, pain, and evil thoughts (I thought about suicide and dying at that moment. It was terrible). My grandparents are pastors and they prayed for me when I got out and when I called them to pick me up. I heard some thing crying when they prayed for me. Like some whimpering beast, the type you hear when you hear a dog or wolf whimpering. Then I proceeded to puke hard, like the hardest I ever did. I believe some demon got in me becuase of how much I let him get in and listen to his lies (my decade years of low self esteem, thoughts of loneliness, felt ugly from all the bullying, hated myself, no friends, felt I was wasting my time on this planet). After that day I noticed I would get random scratches around my body. Like deep, small bits of blood on my skin, and they appear out of nowhere with some anxiety following it (like I was being chocked and attacked mentally). I just rebuked those lies and just called out verses until it went away. It got easier every day to where I just don't pay attention to it. Sometimes it comes back but I know its but the demon thats doing it. Its just me believing his lies that started all of this anxiety and depression. So far I am reading the bible more, exercising for that nice body I always wanted, I feel super handsome, super super energetic, confident, smarter, faithful, loving, and whenever I get a negative thought I just look at it at a different perspective and try to find the REAL problem. I know some day I'll meet the love of my life, have some supportive friends, and be a better and loving person through all I went through. I am so happy and its true that demons exist. It was one hell of year but its all gone and I just need to learn from it all and keep pushing myself. I am very happy now since I know God exists and he's there whenever we need help for the things we can't control. I love life and I know many challenges are in store. I want those challenges to build me up and not let them break me down. I thank Jesus every day.

I'm 11 and I have anxiety... I know that might sound fake but its not... I just prayed that God would take my anxiety away and help me trust Him more and I feel so much better now... I did that about 7 minutes ago... God is great in His works... Things may be bad now but pray about it and ask him to help you become closer to Him and He can help you!!! Trust me! Love you all
When I first heard about ASMR I was a little skeptical and found that the whisper videos did not work for me. I stumbled across your channel, however, and I must say that it has helped me very much. I enjoy listening to the scripture in a quiet tone and use it at night when I have trouble sleeping. My only issue is that it relaxes me so much that I often fall asleep mid way through. But, it must be doing something for my subconscious mind as I wake up feeling refreshed and less anxious. Anyway, I just wanted to say "thank you" and I hope you continue to put more videos out. College has been so, so stressful I cried so many times today because it feels like there's always something to do, and like I'm doing homework whenever I'm not sleeping or eating or going to class Plus, my dorm room is right by the street AND train tracks! That train's horn is so loud! And people and vehicles sometimes make a lot of noise as they go by, so I usually don't sleep straight until my alarm. Add homework keeping me up and I'm exhausted Today was a day when it became clear to me (and my parents) that my current circumstances are terrible for me, and I'll get sick and worn down continuing like this I was so tired and headache today, and my legs were weak, but I was still saying that I needed to do homework. My parents kept telling me to take a nap but I said "No! I'm too stressed I don't think I could fall asleep." But they wore me down and I looked up Christian ASMR for stress (I've been trying to add more Christianity into my life bc I haven't been spending enough time on it at probably any point in my life and it's only gotten worse with college) and I found this and it helped ease my mind so I could get straight to sleep. Thank you!

I pleaded with HIM to talk to me, and be the one in control. I started praising HIM and felt better. I’m getting ready to sleep and I like ASMR and instead of going to my usual secular girl, I looked up christian asmr and just felt to click on you. You spoke directly to what my problem is. I have recently come to the LORD, like really come to HIM. But what spoke out to me the most is HE wants me to trust HIM. And how you spoke of HIM helped me realize, HE is not legalistic and strict. He doesn’t hate me, HE tells me all these things for my good so I need to trust HIM! I felt such peace while listening and soaking it all in. Thank you!

The apostles said to Jesus "increase our faith!" They were basically asking Him to help them understand. Word says you have not because you ask not....ask God to open up your mind to His truth & it will all start to fall into place.

In the past few weeks I've been arguing alot with my closest friend. I don't wanna lose her she's really all I have. I understand God and I've put all my just in him many times and things turned out okay. I guess I came here for some reassurance.

i used to be close to God as a child but the worlds temptations took over juring my young teenage years and since then all my emotions and memories have been errased i feel nothing but negitive emotions and remember nothing but bad memories i see society and understand it in everyway and from doing so i felt evil everywhere within the world i cant enjoy the world because i understand it and the evil that lies within. but you explaing that you dont want to have one foot in each and if you do your mind becomes a battlefeild makes perfect sence on my my mnd is always working overtime on trying to furgure out the truths within society. at first i thought id been given a gift for the way i see things and tried to figure out how to change the world. but maybe i just had one foot in the world. what do you think

This was a case for me. One day I've repented of masturbation and related actions then chronic anxiety attacks stopped. I thought it was just a coincidence then id backslide by gratifying lust of flesh and it comes back. I repent and goes away again till I backslide again. I've reached to conclusion that my anxiety attacks were fuelled by sinful lust of flesh and not walking with the spirit. I lost friends and so many connections. I thought anxiety attacks were out of loneliness but it wasn't. I feel fine now. So I have a fight to conquer. Be baptised and trust in holy spirit. Hope it helped someone. "There is no peace for sinners." I now think if there is no peace in ordinary day to day life, there must be something youre doing wrong or lacking.
I am my own savior and messiah. I am who I am. I am not going to blame God because of our wickedness and my own bullshit. It is my domain and my failure. I am the one to blame.

The apostles said to Jesus "increase our faith!" They were basically asking Him to help them understand. Word says you have not because you ask not....ask God to open up your mind to His truth & it will all start to fall into place.
Very wise teaching. Wow, I’ve said and felt these very same things. I remember realizing exact same thing, I didn’t trust God, couldn’t love Him because I didn’t know Him. So true what you said about Luke warm, and guilt of not living in the strength of the Holy Spirit once you know you can.

In the past few weeks I've been arguing alot with my closest friend. I don't wanna lose her she's really all I have. I understand God and I've put all my just in him many times and things turned out okay. I guess I came here for some reassurance.
I was hoping it would be pure scripture instead of commentary and sermon....but I appreciate the efforts....relaxation for me is just pure scripture....not things I need to process and test, which wakes me up ...I will keep looking for just pure scripture

i used to be close to God as a child but the worlds temptations took over juring my young teenage years and since then all my emotions and memories have been errased i feel nothing but negitive emotions and remember nothing but bad memories i see society and understand it in everyway and from doing so i felt evil everywhere within the world i cant enjoy the world because i understand it and the evil that lies within. but you explaing that you dont want to have one foot in each and if you do your mind becomes a battlefeild makes perfect sence on my my mnd is always working overtime on trying to furgure out the truths within society. at first i thought id been given a gift for the way i see things and tried to figure out how to change the world. but maybe i just had one foot in the world. what do you think

This was a case for me.
One day I've repented of masturbation and related actions then chronic anxiety attacks stopped. I thought it was just a coincidence then id backslide by gratifying lust of flesh and it comes back. I repent and goes away again till I backslide again. I've reached to conclusion that my anxiety attacks were fuelled by sinful lust of flesh and not walking with the spirit.
I lost friends and so many connections. I thought anxiety attacks were out of loneliness but it wasn't. I feel fine now. So I have a fight to conquer. Be baptised and trust in holy spirit. Hope it helped someone.
