I tweaked my back yesterday and think this helped. For me the verbal cues are so important. When practicing I rarely have full view of my screen so slow, clear verbal cues are very helpful. I interrupted my flow several times, needing to look at the screen to see what was happening. Thank you for this practice!
Thank you for this short video and getting right into the movements. Two days ago my hip socket was extremely painful, yet couldn’t not remember hurting it. I felt that I needed to stretch it. After just 2 times following your video I feel a huge improvement. My goal is to continue and get more flexibility back. Thank you thank you!!!

Our emotions and stress are held within in our bodies and its completely normal to feel release of these emotions as you do these exercises. For each person the experience maybe different eg: laughing, crying. When you are experiencing this you are slowly beginning to let go of what you don't need stored in your body and system anymore.

30 years of back pain so thought I would try Somatics. Boy am I suffering today maybe it's because I've 'hit the spot' but I'll take a break from this and come back in a few days I think.....🤞

I've found that breathing into any uncomfortable or odd sensations will often unravel them, like loosening a knot. Sometimes this takes multiple sessions.

What mat are you using?
In this video I use the Liforme yoga mat. I'm actually in the process of creating my own mat brand.
Helped loosen my back but weirdly I also got super nauseous. That normal?
