I m so happy that are people like you who take serious the walking, who, for us normal persons, we treated verry shalow the process of walking. I start to watch your videos after I start to have a bppv, diziness, vestibular nevrite. After I do my exercises for my illness, I watch your videos and I start to understand now, with this dizziness , how important it is to learn to walk corectly. For me the biggest takeaway is the counter rotation of the upper body and keeping the hip from dropping

Planks are very good for this. Glute bridges. I did a Best Exercises for Walking video recently you should check out.
