    Just wow! First "wow!" Is about your guitar skills, you're doing great! Second "wow!" Is that how you made this lesson, you brake down almost every aspect of this song. Finally, just want to say a big thank you man, you are amazing! Will start my journey of learning some Tommy music :)

    kudos.. you're a very good teacher and i saw that after you said the part about learning to do the technique without the missing strums first. It makes sense, rather than learning when to miss the strums, just learn it full and when you master it you can "miss" the strums much easier. Better yet, miss whenever you want and play with it because you already mastered doing it full anyway. I like the way you broke it down into sections too.. I want to play this but whenever I think about picking up and trying to learn it, I get so overwhelmed because it's such a massive task and I think I can just start with the 2nd section with the chords and learn that first so at least I can have fun playing even when I haven't learned the whole song yet.. about to pickup my guitar!

    • @HananPyatsky
      @HananPyatsky  6 років тому +1

      The most important things are metronome (like I show in the video), and for fast patterns- make sure to practice them slowly with only downstrokes, then with upstrokes.
      Make sure to hold your pick supported by the thumb and not just by the tip

    13:13 dude I have learned all the notes but I cannot play that part in time it's too fast for me... How do I learn that? My left hand gets out of sync with my right picking it seems like... its so hard...

    • @randomnameindeed
      @randomnameindeed 3 роки тому +2

      There is only one way to learn it: Practice it slowly. Very slowly, so that you're in control all the time. Then gradually increase the speed as you get more control. This can take a long time, so be patient. That lick requires really good picking technique, so it won't just come by itself. Again, practise slowly without mistakes and be patient. Speed is the result of control. You'll get there if you're persistent and patient enough.
