- I've heard and seen Tommy Emmanuel playing "Guitar Boogie" a couple dozen times. I think this is the best version ever. Maybe because I was right there, watching with my mouth hanging open in awe....
His eyes are closed for most of this for Christ sake. Going to show this to my guitar and ask it why it can't do better!
How many times have I heard Guitar Boogie performed by Tommy Emmanuel and each time it is completely different from his previous performance. 👍
I think the guitar is an extension of his hands. And the sounds of the guitar are his breath.
I agree! I lost track of how many different ways he plays it a long time ago. This is one of my favorites though.
This is how good you get after practicing for 375 years.
It might take me a bit longer than 375 years to get that good.
With a little more practice, I'll be able to tap my foot to this entire song.

It only took me a little while to learn to play this......I just tapped the triangle in the middle of the screen and he started playing.

OMFG it just Don't get any better than this. He is a Master on the acoustic 4 minutes in I thought how can he go another 10 what homage to the guitar and the boogie. I have four guitars I'm gathering them up and burning them on the front lawn :) Peace
