This is just showing how to pipe. For the buttercream there are a few videos on my channel.
One of these piping bags will only pipe 4 or 5 of these roses but they aren't particularly large bags xx

Hi do you ever use cream of tartar in your buttercream
Anyway to make the butter cream more stiff without adding too much sugar?
Is there a difference between piping the petals right to left or left to right? I've seen it done both ways.
Did you add less water to the white chocolate buttercream to make it stiffer or just the normal water volume in the recipe?
I add more water to the chocolate buttercream because it starts out stiffer. Xx

Whipping cream just doesn't have a strong enough consistency to hold it's shape so well. xx

EEEEEVERY time I try to make roses, I fail. It just doesn't work. It really makes me sad. I usually scream in my kitchen. I'll practice more in my vacation week. Your rose cupcakes are beautiful.
+Terry Fox Aw thank you Terry. Are you using a good consistency of buttercream? Sometimes it can be hard if the consistency isn't right?? Try not to overfill your piping bag as it is harder for you to control. No more than half full and you will find it easier. xxx
maybe try refrigerating the buttercream to stiffen it before use. That may produce better results.

+Alice Swon Yes Alice. It's called a crusting buttercream. It crusts so that it holds it's shape.
Or do you mean that it's difficult?? With the right buttercream it's easier than you'd think. x
did you use liquid food coloring or food coloring paste for this buttercream? in your other rose video you mentioned using the paste because the liquid changed the buttercream's consistency and I was curious if this was the same case. Also, I can't wait to try this out! Super simple to understand and I really appreciate the tips, especially as a completely novice baker :) keep making more please!

+LiaLoveFood Grocery stores (atleast in my area) have the gel food coloring, I don't think I have seen any pastes though.
+LiaLoveFood I usually get mine online although my department store sells the pastes. I guess it depends where you are. xx
so i made it now the results are not creamy at all what did i do wrong ?

yes ...but i left it overnight in the refrigerator and mix it the next day and it came out great !but it is still not as creamy as a swiss buttercream sadly ,but its amazing to decorate with it .thank you so very much !!!!
