@@marciamakoviecki3295What team of Nannies? I’m sure her parents will help during recovery time as my own parent did for me. I understand she has to call on different people from time to time to help but not on a full time basis.

Very brave of His Majesty to set the example. No doubt he will inspire men to take care of themselves. Wishing a full and swift recovery to Catherine, Princess of Wales.
I don’t think bravery has anything to do with it. So many people are disclosing information about health issues to raise awareness of various issues. Royal or not they are still normal people doing the job they were raised to do. I really admire the monarchy change in Denmark, no fuss at all but dignified and equally as important. Charles needs to relax and stop being such a stuffed shirt.
How is King Charles being a "stuffed shirt" pray tell? I admire him even more for being open about his medical issue, that's a big deal for a lot of men, and he's bringing attention to it so other men experiencing the same problem hopefully will deal with theirs without so much embarrassment, calling him a "stuffed shirt" is just a silly, ridiculous remark to make😂!!!
@@heatherireland2810 Did you watch this episode? The panelists discussed how much more relaxed Charles is compared to Elizabeth. Would you prefer him to wear sweatpants and Crocs? Attend Beyoncé concerts? He's a man in his 70s who of course will have interests and preferences that differ from millennials, but has always been someone to champion worthy causes and take his role of being a leader, example and charitable man very seriously. He's been a leader on the issue of the environment, decades before Al Gore and Greta Thunberg made it mainstream.. and he's been mocked as a tree-hugger because of it. I will never understand the derision Charles has always gotten, even before the failed marriage with Diana. How can he be both an uncaring monster AND a wet blanket softie pushover, for example, but he's often called both? It's been grossly unfair, if you ask me.
The medical experts should keep their opinions to themselves regarding princess Catherine!!! Millions are sending her lots of love and best wishes for a speedy recovery!! 🙏🌷
I agree. Medical personnel unless they are the direct doctor/surgeon for the Princess should stop speculating on her condition. For God’s sake, her medical history should be and must remain private. Who are we to demand to know what the situation is.? Would we want OUR medical history broadcast to the world? Leave them alone. Let her rest and recuperate fully so she can return to us, please!
For ovarian cancer, the drugs are usually given in repeating cycles spread over 4-5 months, but this can vary depending on the stage of the cancer and In many cases, ovarian cancer chemotherapy is administered in three to six cycles, with each cycle involving a schedule of set chemotherapy doses followed by a rest period during which the patient can recover. That's why her rest period is Soo confidently confirmed & predicted to be around Easter!!! Chemotherapy Oncology Nurse here🙋🏼♀️
Yes, it seems that respecting her privacy is not something media is good at. I do NOT NEED to know what her medical problem is. Whatever it WAS has been fixed. Guessing only leads to rumors. As far as the King is concerned. Good for him for bringing to light this problem a high percentage of men have, and hopefully, it will lead to others getting checked. I've had 2 abdominal surgeries. It takes a week to sit up without hurting. Being Royal , she will not be kicked out of a hospital bed like the rest of us. Lifting things for a month or so is a no no. Just let the woman recover in peace.
Thank you for hilighting Prince William traveling to present the awards to Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield. These 2 friends have shown such a commitment to living life with such a debilitating illness. A royal recognition well deserved.
Thoughts and prayers go out to Princess of Wales Catherine who doesn't deserve criticism but privacy on her illness and a speedy recovery. Such a lovely lady and a true Royal ❤🙏
I think the criticism is to get the Princess of Wales to give in and disclose what's going on. Don't bend PC. These journalists and royal critics know exactly what they are doing.
Must say, in the Queen's era as well as her daughter's certain things were not talked about. Today, everyone talks about absolutely everything, nothing at all is private. There is the odd one who still prefers some privacy . . . and that's ok.
Leave these human beings alone during their medical issues. Why is this our business? Makes them seen more human you think. If so, then leave them alone and just be humans who are sick. Thank you.
Kudos to Palace Confidential for not speculating on any health issue in which details were not provided! Thank you for staying professional, it’s the reason I so enjoy this program. A speedy recovery for all.

The most admirable thing about the Princess Royal, Princess Anne is that she is always true to herself. A uniquely beautiful woman of great strength and I’m sure love. She strikes me as a woman who appreciates a jolly good laugh.
I remember when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to go in for a bilateral mastectomy. My sons were 9, 6 and 4. I was so scared about my kids being worried and scared, especially since they’d just lost their beloved grandfather due to cancer. I’m sure the Princess of Wales is feeling similarly. I hope she recovers quickly and gets lots of gentle hugs and kisses from her children. That will help heal her faster than anything.

I once saw a wonderful interview with the Princess Royal when the interviewer commented about her famously wearing a suit that was more than 20 years old. She just smiled and said, "It's older than that." A comment that highlighted her entire style -- understated, serviceable and hard-working, while still being stylish. And as I recall, it was a very nice suit indeed.
This episode is the best yet. Hearing Mr. Hardman gave me such a comforting feeling. I’m an American but, as silly as it sounds, I’ve always thought of England as the mother country. I support the Monarchy 100% and am wishing King Charles and Princess Catherine a speedy recovery. Thank you for your informative, honest and entertaining reporting.
Not silly at all that you feel that way. I'm American, my ancestors came from Britain a couple of hundred years ago so I've always thought of England as the mother country.
@diannehernandez1450 • I also think of England as the "Mother country" as most of my ancestors came from England, apparently we even had a castle, it's called the "Easterling Castle" - yes, you may bow to me now 😀 😉 😜!!
Prayers and best wishes to the King and the Princess of Wales. The Princess is a very special lady may God bless her always. We love you Princess Catherine.
A full and speedy recovery for the Princess of Wales. Hoping she is given full respect for the privacy she deserves. Every single person has the right to not have their medical information invaded & disclosed
Agree. That’s the way I feel. It’s no concern to the world what my health issue may be unless it would affect them directly. If it would then arrangements would be made for them.

I love how a good part of the discussion and focus today was on three amazing women: Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Anne and Princess Catherine. They embody such a dedication to duty and, in the case of The Princess of Wales, an easy connection to the people. I wish Princess Catherine a very speedy recovery and hope that she and her family are given the grace of complete privacy during her recovery.Thank you Palace Confidential panel for another enjoyable programme today.
I really appreciate Jo’s comment “we won’t speculate about the Princess’s condition” - it showed respect for her desire for privacy. I do enjoy Rebecca’s reporting on the royals - her respect, admiration and affection for the late Queen, King Charles and Queen Camilla and the Waleses are so evident and admirable.
Loved the montage of Anne Princess Royal. Wonderful lady. She has above all, made her mother proud, as well as her Country. Thank you for featuring her.
I'm in my 80s, a US citizen and have had an interest in the UK and the Royal Family for some time. I owned a book about William and Catherine and when I finished reading it I offered it to anyone in my family that might be interested in it. To my surprise, two of my granddaughters (early 30s) exclaimed "I love the Royal family." You just never know how much generations apart share interests.
I’m a Yank as well and believe the vast majority of us support the royal family 100%. All our love for the amazing Princess of Wales and of course King Charles as they recover. ❤
If the king and Kate bleed there blood is red , the same as us ,we have to remember Kate and William are parents and need to be there for there children and we want them all to be happy and healthy
Yes, it is too scary to think of the What If's.. I just hope whatever it is, it is curable and we have our beautiful Catherine for many many years to come!!!😢😊
And just like every other family (except they have a nanny) the father is quite capable of working - even if only part-time - while the kids are at school and if necessary looking for friends and family to look after them if the work takes longer. He has a nanny and if I were Catherine I'd want to recuperate at home with mum and dad = she won't be able to climb stairs for a few weeks anyway - not least because I know from personal experience being told you can't do anything for weeks on end is the quickest way to the loony bin there is. If you are used to being busy then it DOES drive you insane (same for friends who've had hysterectomies with a 6 week recuperation at home after the fortnight or so in hospital, not able to work drove them mad and most quietly began working from home the minute they could sit in a comfy chair for more than an hour at a time). I've been there and the recovery was worse because you are told you have to rest and do nothing, unless you're someone who spends all day watching the soaps on the telly you slowly go insane from boredom.

And realistically they are ONE person down, no one knew for sure if Harry would marry and he didn't do many engagements to begin with nor when he got married.
Palace Confidential is THE BEST SHOW. Very professional without yelling, talking over one another, not rude and catty with one another. I don’t like missing any episodes. I find it’s AMUSING. People complain that they don’t NEED the Monarchy but here when King Charles and Princess of Wales are hospitalized and unable to attend their Charities people are in an uproar (more like very concerned of their absences). This tells us that the Monarchy is very needed and important to the public.
@phoebecaulfield4062the king can do it but he won't cause the optics would be bad: Harry and Meghan have subnormal intelligence and she has a number of personality disorders, plus she will cry racism (again)
I think the 10-14 days is a conservative estimate, depending how Catherine does, and allows time for her to go home without paparazzi knowing! It makes sense to me that even the idea of not returning to engagements until after Easter is a conservative estimate. It makes sense to me that taking more time than perhaps needed is smart PR.

What crisis? What 'experts?' The King and the Prince and Princess of Wales are calm and have gone public, and that's that. If they are incapacitated and there is a need, then there are established plans and protocols which are solid and practical.

@@jenniferfriesen7691 True. Of course, forgetting Fergie's very complicated, serious, and possibly life-threatening recent surgery. However, the possibility of public concern and sympathy doesn't excuse the headlines virtually demanding that we imagine a huge crisis in the offing.
Now wouldn't it be fair to say Lilibet was a pet name rather than a nickname? It might be splitting hairs but in America, a pet name is more fitting for the story behind the Queen's childhood name and in particular in the Queen's later years when the name seemed to exclusively be used by Prince Phillip. Nicknames can be all sorts of things but a pet name is much more personal.
@yourhollywood… ;it was the lack of respect and UNKINDNESS that would have upset HMTLate Queen. Her grandson would have known this “pre Meghan “, obviously everything has changed.

I think it says they knew they had not gotten permission to use Lilibet and the PofWales was signaling that in his message. Very shrewd and well played and using the name Lili not Lilibet says it all IMO.
Journalists have difficulty giving a married woman the respect she deserves by addressing her by her married name. They seem to be slow to realise she married many years ago and left her maiden name behind. Perhaps they're not very bright?????
To be fair, her last name is STILL Middleton. She may be the Princess of Wales, but she is still Catherine (Kate nickname) Elizabeth Middleton. She does not take the last name of the Prince. Same as Prince Philip was a Mount-Batten, not a Windsor.
Why should she give up her maiden name in favor of her husbands, she is a Middleton by birthright, besides she isn’t always called Kate Middleton, she is more often than not called Princess Kate or Princess Catherine
Because they couldn't monetize that name as they could QEII's nickname. It's reprehensible to ride HER hard-earned coat tails all the way to the bank, though I think they have miscalculated very badly this time. Whether or not you like the RF or even the Queen, most people will see this for the grift that it is and will refuse to play along.
In my opinion, the Queen, after realizing it was not Elizabeth, but Lilibet, felt she had been deceived by her own grandson and " evil" wife, and was terribly disappointed by that. It was a personal betrayal she could not understand or accept ... Her own grandson. Must have been deeply saddening. I'm a grandmother and that's how I would have felt, too. If it had been told to her that Harry's wife had already begun to monetize the name by setting up numerous ways of using Lilibet set up prior to the birth by DOMAIN NAMES certification . That premeditated plan would have angered by anyone who felt terribly USED❗ THE GRANDSON & WIFE ARE TRULY VILE HUMANS.
I've noticed that the Sussexes have started an aggressive PR campaign against the Queen, using their bots and trolls to disparage her character. At the same time Radar proved Harry and Meghan were behind a smear campaign against the Queen at the same time they publicly claimed to be supportive.
I, in my heart, believe that the late Queen said "No" to the wedding, and Harry went ahead anyway. The distaste on her face at the wedding spoke volumes.
I can’t believe EVERYONE doesn’t realize that no one should take someone’s childhood nickname! Especially the Queen of England!! No one had the presumption to call her that but her husband, her sister, and her parents.
Just think: if the Queen had lived a few years longer, and the Sussexes had brought their kids over to "get to know their Great-Grandmother," she would have had to address this child as "Lilibet." It beggars belief. The name was used by her father because as a little one she could not quite pronounce "Elizabeth," and he called it back to her, and it stuck among her immediate family and, later, her husband. I doubt ANYBODY else used it. Diana had to call Prince Charles "Sir" until they were engaged. I doubt even her friends called Princess Margaret anything but "Ma'am." Princess Anne was the one who began to change all that -- when she was training for riding competitively, her coach was getting frustrated at the time using her title took to issue instructions fast to get her to correct something, and she told him just to call her "Anne." She also went to school, and I think realised that friends address one another by first name.
Yes! This wasn’t a nickname used casually within the family. It was a deeply personal pet name the Queen treasured as truly her own. Those aszholes knew what they were doing. Makining it the baby’s legal name meant it couldn’t be ignored.
🐨🦘🦘🇦🇺One thing missing from this broadcast is an acknowledgment of the depth & actual diabolical intent of the Sussex manipulations… that Markle woman trades off the British sensibilities of needing to be seen doing “the right thing” mainstream media like this channel need to stop pussy footing about & call them out, & hold them to proper account!! Why was there no mention of the registration of “Lilibet Diana Domain Name” which we all know was done well prior to the child’s birth?? Surely this is a huge issue & and an action perpetrated by those total reprobate grifters that shows they didn’t care at all if the Queen approved or not!! Adding insult to that significant injury is the fact that they made out they had the Queens blessing when they did not & that they threatened legal action based on this HUGE HYPOCRITICAL UGLY LIE!!! Of course everyone is furious & the Queen most of all as she was totally impotent to retaliate in any way to yet another horrendous manipulation of reality by her so called “beloved grandson” and his vicious parasitic “evil” wife! ALL THIS in the face of that dreadful liefest of baseless false accusations about Archie not having a Prince title or security blah blah blah racism or bloody sound asleep bias bs 💩made in that appalling Oprah interview… the name Sussex is a enormous blight on the reputation of the monarchy in my humble Australian opinion!🤦🏻♀️ It is extremely frustrating that no proper action is taken…
I love this panel. I love Natasha's fresh view against the deep knowledge of the royal family from Richard and Rebecca. And of course all directed beautifully by Jo
It has been reported that H & M copyrighted names before the birth. And they informed the Queen of using Lilibet for their daughter after the birth certificate was filed. That's not a "choice". It's a plan.
I believe they asked Queen Elisabeth if they could, OR told her they were going to name their daughter after her. This would definitely imply Elisabeth, not her close and very personal pet name of Lilibet. Registering the name “ Lilibet Diana” months before the child’s birth, displays that they had already set plans in motion and were definitely not asking her permission. It is all about using the names for future business ventures. I cannot even begin to imagine how Queen Elisabeth would have felt when it all came to light.
This was a poignant discussion in many ways. Bringing it all back. The Queen's last moments. I'm sad. And even after two years the events are still fresh in my mind. We all did love her. We saw her quite by chance here long ago. The Royal Yacht was at the bottom of a local street, and we stopped, and my four-year-old son stood on the fender of the car as they drove past and got out of their car and boarded the boat. We saw them very close up as they drove by. And they kept the interior car lights on. It was a beautiful sight with the official dress and the sparkling diamonds and gems. My son had seen the Queen only on television, and there she was only 12 feet away. We were the only ones there after visiting my mother up the street. We waved as they boarded the Royal Yacht. Suddenly, the doors opened and the Queen and Prince Philip appeared near the gangplank and stepped forward and waved to us. And I like to think it was because she saw that little boy on the fender of the car as they drove past. What a generous gesture. From then on, he expected the Queen to telephone at any moment because she had waved to him. An unforgotten moment in time. He's 55 years old now, but he did see the Queen and she did wave to him.
Sophie and Edward should be included in the roles of representing the monarchy. They are both hard working and are very popular. Harry is no longer important and is not representative of the royal family but Edward and Sophie are important and loved.
It really annoyed me with the Sussex's, what felt like to me, stealing the Queen's "pet" name for their daughter. Like Jo said they cd've christened her Elizabeth & privately called her lilibet ☹☹
”oh must to do about nothing” 😂😂😂 If you’re going to use a famous phrase, be accurate as otherwise you come across as a twit! It’s “Much ado about nothing” and is the title of one of Shakespeare’s plays. I’m a retired ‘operating theatre’ nurse. HMTK ‘s surgery SHOULD be straight forward with MINIMAL recuperation time. HRH the Princess of Wales’ abdominal surgery is much more complicated , just because it involves ‘opening’ the abdomen thereby a much longer recuperation time.
Not necessarily. If it is an endoscopic operation she can be back on her feet very quickly and a prostate operation can take some recovery, especially due to problems with urination and especially incontinence.
It’s amazing seeing over time procedures that used to require lengthy hospitalizations to be safely accomplished in ambulatory surgery. It is the stated length of stay in the hospital for the POW that is unusual.
I really wish Daily Mail would stop showing pictures with Harry and his wife. They have caused so much mental anguish and elderly abuse to both Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II on their last years of their lives. It is hurtful and turns my stomach.
The only way to stop the British press from printing Carparkle’s press releases and photos (which sell for $5,000 + apparently and she’s long been rumoured to get a percentage from Backgrid) is for PEOPLE to stop clicking on articles about them. I don’t think bravery has anything to do with it. So many people are disclosing information about health issues to raise awareness of various issues. Royal or not they are still normal people doing the job they were raised to do. I really admire the monarchy change in Denmark, no fuss at all
but dignified and equally as important.

Princess Anne is not popular in the UK. She is unbearable.

To be fair, her last name is STILL Middleton. She may be the Princess of Wales, but she is still Catherine (Kate nickname) Elizabeth Middleton. She does not take the last name of the Prince. Same as Prince Philip was a Mount-Batten, not a Windsor.
She should be called Princess Catherine or Catherine, Princess of Wales. No one called William’s mother Diana Spencer.
Why should she give up her maiden name in favor of her husbands, she is a Middleton by birthright, besides she isn’t always called Kate Middleton, she is more often than not called Princess Kate or Princess Catherine
She was born Kate Middleton. She will always be Kate Middleton!
If Doria is so wonderful, why didn't Harry and Megan named their daughter after her?
No attention or money in that for them.
@@simongarthwaite7695 Exactly!
Doria was born Doris, but changed that to Doria.
No money in that
Because they couldn't monetize that name as they could QEII's nickname. It's reprehensible to ride HER hard-earned coat tails all the way to the bank, though I think they have miscalculated very badly this time. Whether or not you like the RF or even the Queen, most people will see this for the grift that it is and will refuse to play along.
Prayers for the King and Princess of Wales.
Anne is so loved by so many because she is her own ballsy person. Bold and compassionate
That premeditated plan would have angered by anyone who felt terribly USED❗
THE GRANDSON & WIFE ARE TRULY VILE HUMANS.
I agree, absolutely disgusting - the final straw in their demise! Banish them, take away all titles, LOS and any money that may be due from anywhere!
Mmm I also wonder how the child will feel when older and realising she was a domain before birth
I've noticed that the Sussexes have started an aggressive PR campaign against the Queen, using their bots and trolls to disparage her character. At the same time Radar proved Harry and Meghan were behind a smear campaign against the Queen at the same time they publicly claimed to be supportive.
💯👍🇨🇦
I, in my heart, believe that the late Queen said "No" to the wedding, and Harry went ahead anyway. The distaste on her face at the wedding spoke volumes.
That is wonderful of King Charles. Thank you for the great honesty.
Sending love and hugs to King Charles and Princess Catherine .. Wishing them both a speedy recovery ❤️🩹🇦🇺❤️💫
I doubt even her friends called Princess Margaret anything but "Ma'am."
Princess Anne was the one who began to change all that -- when she was training for riding competitively, her coach was getting frustrated at the time using her title took to issue instructions fast to get her to correct something, and she told him just to call her "Anne." She also went to school, and I think realised that friends address one another by first name.
Yes! This wasn’t a nickname used casually within the family. It was a deeply personal pet name the Queen treasured as truly her own. Those aszholes knew what they were doing. Makining it the baby’s legal name meant it couldn’t be ignored.
ESP trademarked the pet name 😮
Please remember that after William, George, Charlotte & Louis are before Harry in the line of succession.
Sending healing energy to Catherine and Charles for a quick recovery and refreshed health for both.
I love this panel. I love Natasha's fresh view against the deep knowledge of the royal family from Richard and Rebecca. And of course all directed beautifully by Jo
Respect for King and Princess for being upfront with us. Maybe others will get checked and lives will be saved.
Wishing the King and Princess of Wales a quick recovery 🙏 God bless her them both xxxx
It has been reported that H & M copyrighted names before the birth. And they informed the Queen of using Lilibet for their daughter after the birth certificate was filed. That's not a "choice". It's a plan.
They were suppose to get her permision. They did everythinh they couldt break rules
Yes as they often say in the royal reporting about this it was a “fait accompli”. French for task already done.
@ maryplaga1822- Betrayed, used, manipulated & conned. M's typical modus operandi.
not PLAN...A PLOT
They already are.
Hardworking 😂 ..Very funny.
Great wonderful
@@whitneyanders5945 right, they are hard-working and they are both very funny.
It really annoyed me with the Sussex's, what felt like to me, stealing the Queen's "pet" name for their daughter. Like Jo said they cd've christened her Elizabeth & privately called her lilibet ☹☹
Oh must to do about nothing! If a race horse can be name that why not a great grandbabe.mate
@@Rickolsen247
Sugar, as the world has been informed, the pet name was private. Your idols did indeed deceive the late Queen.
And they copyrighted it! Always thinking how they can profit off of something!!!@@EnyaInTheWorld
@@lisa-fc2ww Agreed, Meghan and Harry are repugnant. History will not remember them well - and justifiably so.
”oh must to do about nothing” 😂😂😂
If you’re going to use a famous phrase, be accurate as otherwise you come across as a twit!
It’s “Much ado about nothing” and is the title of one of Shakespeare’s plays.
Some random person naming a horse that had no connection to HMQE is very different to a close family member usurping it, lying about getting permission and COPYWRITING it in order to monetise it.
Prayers for Princess Catherine. Speedy recovery..
Love and prayers to Princess Catherine, Prince William and the children! Warm wishes for a safe and speedy recovery ❤️🩹 ❤
It's a disgrace that these two people need to apologize for requiring surgery.
PRAYERS AND BEST WISHES FOR BOTH🙏💐💞
Lots of love & prays to Princess Catherine for a full, healthy & speedy recovery ❤️🩹 🙏🇺🇸
Let's wish Catherine and Charles both a speedy recovery 💗. The award Ginge is about to receive makes a joke of the people who are deserving of such an accolade. It's time the hierarchy of such events were brought to account, they are being made a joke!!
Best wishes to the King and the Princess Catherine!~
Robert Hardman’s book is fabulous. I read it in a day immediately upon its release. I now on a mission to read all of his books. Solid royal author.
Prayers and get well wishes for the King and Catherine Princess of Wales, from Manitoba Canada 🍁
Yes, I often jump out of stories if I see their image.
Ditto.
The UK newspapers should have a non publishing rule when it comes to these two traitors. 😡
I agree. I’ve been concerned that Carparkle is determined to knock off the Royals one by one through stress.
I FULLY expected HMTLQ🥲 to live to 100+
The only way to stop the British press from printing Carparkle’s press releases and photos (which sell for $5,000 + apparently and she’s long been rumoured to get a percentage from Backgrid) is for PEOPLE to stop clicking on articles about them.
If there’s no appetite from the public then there’s no point in printing.
Speedy recovery to the King and Princess Catherine. ❤
Prayers and much love sent to the Waleses and King Charles III. You're in my thoughts and my heart ❤
Seriously, your panellists, take time off for a cold, give the king a break!! He works hard every single day of the week, as does princess Catherine. Medical emergency need to be addressed asap, and I’m sure they will make it up to the engagements that have to be delayed.
Charles has never done a days hard work ,in his pampered life .
@@sunshine-qk8qeDo some research before spouting such garbage.
calling it dangerous in the title is just hysterical
I heard tonight on the news that visits to the NHS website's prostate information page's traffic increased by 1000% since the King's announcement. A positive impact!
Good day everyone ❤. So glad you’re having this discussion.
Wishing them a speedy recovery🙏🏻💕
