Hello Viktor; thank you for the advices. I'm always looking for a way to enhance my crossover quality/mechanics and your tips will certainly help me. By the way, I have bought a Rollerblade Powerblade Elite 125 1 mon ago (the more simple version, not the professional version you used in the past years). I was told my size was fitting perfectly, but I have been fighting against blisters since I bought it. I have tried all possibilities to stop them, from heatmolding two times, to using footies/orthopedic anklets, sticking plasters and thicker socks, but I still can't get a confortable fit and skate for more than 30 minutes without any pain, pressure points or new blisters. It would be a big help if you had any suggestions... I'm willing to sell them and buy other brand's skates.
thanks
Great advise, Viktor.
Forever crossovers is a difficult exercise. Arm placement (not swaying) and engaging the core are key.
Is the cross over in front of or next to the other foot? Thx
