    I workout in the toy room! I was looking for the toy that wouldn't stop making noise 😂 I'm a Mom of 3 boys pregnant with a 4th boy. Thank you Ashley for doing the hard stuff. I'm always blown away with your ability to focus with your children. I was up at 5am to beat the chaos because I don't workout well with my kids. You're an inspiration! ❤

    I just want to say yours is my favorite channel for prenatal exercise. I’m currently 32 weeks and have found your workouts to always leave me feeling accomplished and energized. I made a change in my life about a year ago, holding myself accountable to an exercise regimen, and am so proud of myself for sticking with it. It’s been a little tough, not really being able to fully see the results since I’ve been pregnant for more than half of the time 😅 I did a lot of yoga pre-pregnancy, but have struggled to find any prenatal yoga online that I like. They are BORING and I generally don’t feel like I’ve gotten a workout at all. I love the wide variety of challenging prenatal exercises you offer - I get bored doing the same workouts all the time, and your channel keeps me coming back. I hope to continue to have the energy to stick with it for the rest of the pregnancy and also after to be happy with the way I look and feel. Thanks again!

    This channel and workout plan is giving me life!!! I feel so good being able to have a consistent workout plan again but one i can trust is safe for where i am in my pregnancy!!!

    My 40lb 2 year old looked over at me when you picked up Gavin and his face said, “You gonna pick ME up too?” Hard no. Lol😂. Thanks for the workout today!

    You’re workouts are great-positive, encouraging, just great overall-but lemme just say… I did NOT feel like doing this after the other two from the prenatal program. BUT I DID IT ANYWAY.
    So to anyone else out there who just doesn’t feel like it (unless it’s for good reason-me? I was just being lazy😅🤣), you got this!!!

    I was just doing these exercises last year while I was pregnant with my second. Here I am again with baby number 3 and still doing Ashley's workouts. They are definitely the most effective, safest exercises for prenatal that I could find!

    This was awesome! Not only was it a good workout for a momma who's trying to jump back into fitness, but it was SO encouraging to see how you fit in fitness while being a mommy yourself. My 14 month old loved watching your little one. Thanks!

    I LOVE your workouts. I'm more fit now than before pregnancy, and comparing this one to the first one, I've gained less pounds and feel much less tired, and I'm taking care of two year old now beside being pregnant.

    Whew! Just completed this workout after the lower body smoke sesh.. WOW! My muscles are fatigued. Thanks so much for your prenatal training plan - it's in my fridge and keeps me motivated! Your little guy is so cute too :-)

    You're awesome! Thank you so much for these workouts. I feel them soooo much more than going to the gym and doing the standard weight machines! Wish I had found these sooner. No matter how terrible I'm feeling, I always feel better after these workouts. Before them, my body owns me. After, I own my body! 23 weeks with a big baby boy in my belly :)

    Wow, did this and the Thighs & Booty workout this morning and I can already feel my legs getting sore! FINALLY a prenatal program that really feels both safe and challenging. I will look into the post-pregnancy plan, as well. Out of curiosity, if you're reading this, Ashley, what did your own typical prenatal daily routine look like? (Not that I plan to emulate it!!)

      Thanks for the quick response! I'm about 23 weeks with our third baby and have been following your calendar for a week. I came across it at the perfect time, because I was sick as a dog for the first 20 weeks and was following easy to moderate programs (i.e. almost anything you can find for prenatal fitness) on DVD and online, but now that my energy is finally back I felt very much ready for something more challenging! I spent a lot of time in the water with the first two pregnancies (especially the first) but where we live now (10 km from the center of Helsinki), pools are a bit less accessible. On the upside, we can go out our door and be walking or jogging in the snowy forest within ten minutes! Thanks for doing these videos and making them free. I absolutely love the variety; I get so sick of doing the same few indoor workouts ad nauseum. I dream of running a marathon within a year of the baby's birth (we'll see how that goes!), so it's good to feel like I'm not losing all conditioning.
